Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Simius

Max and Lory are incredibly nice and helpful. The garden and the pool were super nice. We can definitely agree with the good reviews of our predecessors. The refrigerator was actually filled to the brim. 1000 thanks for that!

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

The view and the beautifully landscaped garden make you feel like you're on vacation. You can enjoy the view very well on the Hollywood swing. If you get up early enough, you can experience a great sunrise! We were there at the end of May and it was very quiet. The house could be well ventilated and we enjoyed the fly screens! In the kitchen, there was nothing missing - spices, pasta, oil, cutlery, coffee, milk, water, aluminum foil, kitchen roll, beach umbrella, etc! That was great and you need to buy less stuff. The only thing missing is a dishwasher! The contact was great and fast. 20min walk to the beach is true, but you have to go up the entire mountain again ~85 meters in altitude and that is very difficult, for example, with a small child/buggy or bicycle in the temperatures. Parking is great and right at the house, as you need the car for shopping. The entrance area has many steps and the house is relatively narrow. The open garden makes up for it.

We stayed at Simone's place for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. Meanwhile, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Let yourself be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was sometimes quite cold. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) we also used the fireplace and have it cuddly warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I really loved it:) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave lots of tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I liked him where you can see Flamignos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, Flamignos are there. Thanks for everything:)

Mauro's place was just perfect for our stay. Two adults and one child have more than enough space in the house and in the garden. The place is very quiet and two steps from a wonderful beach, which is very kids-friendly. Mauro and his family welcomed us personally and were very flexible on check-in and -out times. Very helpful and welcoming hosts. The house has everything you could need during the holiday. It is very clean and you feel like at home immediately. The garden is very large and the terrace on the roof invites you to observe the stars at night (but think about a mosquito protection because the house is surrounded by nature). You can easily reach any necessary facility, like a supermarket, market or restaurant by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful villa. The setting among ancient olive trees was absolutely charming, and we loved the tranquility of the countryside while still being so close to the town and nearby supermarket. The apartment was just as described and the barbecue and outdoor shower were great extras that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Marina was a wonderful host and we would absolutely love to come back!

Everything from the private pool to the full useable kitchen was perfect. Home is clean and beautiful. Easy access to the gorgeous beach below (which you have a view of from the balcony) you do have steps to walk down. I’ve had knee surgery and didn’t have any issue (they aren’t steep Steps they are more narrow or short so a smaller stride is fine). ALICE!!! Shout out to Alice who helped in booking a wonderful private boat tour for us that picked us up on the local Beach! Alice was right there for us with answers to our questions. We had such a wonderful time in her home. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. Cincinnati, Ohio

The landlord was waiting for us directly in the apartment and showed everything there was to know. He provided water for us. We disposed of the waste ourselves (except for plastic), although he offered to do this for us. Very friendly service and highly recommended.

Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We enjoyed our stay in Stefano's apartment. The flat is very well equipped in everything you need to spend time in comfortable way. Great view from the upper terrace. Stefano is very friendly, caring host. The apartment is located in quiet part of Villasimius, walking distance to the city center. I would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Villasimius.

Everything met our expectations, from the accommodation to the quality and beauty of the services in the Costa Rey area. Paolo helped us with absolute kindness and helpfulness in dispensing culinary and extraculinary advice. Ours is definitely a goodbye and see you soon!

Fantastic accommodation in a great location and very nice owners!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.

This was the perfect spot for our relaxing stay! The construction above us was really loud (temporary I’m sure) which forced us out of the house. Probably worth asking about in advance. Location could not have been better. Bike rentals nearby were great. Lara shared access to places to visit, drivers to take us places, and lots of food recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

We had a very nice time in Carla and Nazario's apartment. Carla and Nazario would always be extremely friendly and helpful and liked to give tips for excursions or restaurants. The apartment itself is modernly furnished, with a very welcoming ambiance. We felt right at home. The kilometer-long beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes (if you have found the optimal path). In summary, I highly recommend the apartment on Costa Rei. It is the perfect retreat for anyone who wants to enjoy the sun, sea and Italian joie de vivre.
