We had a fantastic stay at this house! There were four of us, and everything was perfectly comfortable and convenient for our group. The house offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the sea—we loved watching both sunrises and sunsets from there. The host was always responsive and very helpful. I accidentally left my headphones in the house, and the host was kind enough to arrange for my friend to pick them up. We were truly impressed with both the home and the hospitality. Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A really nice comfortable and homely space with everything you need and easily accessible and close to everything in Kalk Bay. We walked everywhere which was really cool and made it easy for everyone to do their own thing when needed. Loved our stay here.

What a lovely place! It had everything that we needed. The view was absolutely spectacular and our time at Broadlands was very refreshing. Kathy was a wonderful host. She was very friendly, shared really interesting community information and took time to make sure we were settled and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week at the house and couldn’t have asked for more. The location was brilliant with the beach and a number of excellent restaurants all in walking distance. The garden was the perfect place for our toddler to explore and for us to relax in (we loved the pool too). Very generous goodies left for us in the kitchen on our arrival which was very kind. The pictures are beautiful, but you really have to be there to appreciate it. The views are breathtaking, and the sunsets are absolutely majestic. The house is perfectly designed — whether you want to chill out on your own or enjoy the middle-floor entertainment area for a dinner, a braai, and sundowners on the deck. It has everything you could need — inverters for power, balconies on every level, and even a beautiful little private trail in the backyard if you’re keen for a stroll. I just wish we could have stayed longer! Also, Tim is a fantastic host — incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful home with a stunning view. We loved the proximity to the ocean and enjoyed the exclusive location uphill in Scarborough at the same timd. The house has everything we needed for our stay with 3 kids and 2 babies, with lots of extras upon request. The sunsets on the deck were just amazing and the kids loved the pool area. The communication with Tom and Anne was super quick and super easy and they were exceptionally helpful. We would definitely recommend this house to large families and/or group of friends. Just keep in mind that the walls/floors are not as soundproof as in Germany.

We enjoyed the stay! Scarborough is one of our favourite places to visit! The place was is walking distance to the beach and restaurants which made our stay extremely easy. We love staying in unique places like this one 👍🏼

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

Second time we have used this property. Jasmina is incredibly welcoming and responsive and she made sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and well located stay with a top tier host. Will certainly return.

Perfect location to enjoy the Muizenberg beach. Just a few blocks away from the noise and crowds, and close enough to stroll down to the sand and waves. Beautiful location and surrounding landscape. Lovely home, high ceilings, very zen interior.

Fantastic spot high up above Seapoint. Beautiful place with a great bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable bedroom with a view of the sea. We loved our stay here.

I absolutely loved my time at this garden cottage. It was everything I needed for the Easter break and my dog had such a fun time sniffing about all the flowers. It had everything I needed inside it as well.
