Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Simpson Bay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The place is warm, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like home. Everything is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to ensure optimal comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which allowed us to fully and serenely enjoy our stay. We recommend this place without a second thought, and for sure, we'll be happy to come back!

"Life is good" is a secluded villa with a very interesting set up. it has two separate bedrooms with in suite bathrooms on the top level with a separate kitchen and living room as well as a reasonable size infinity pool on a lower level. This would work well for either two couples or parents with preteens/teens of the same sex. The view is to die for. Indigo bay is a heavily developing neighborhood but this villa stands on the opposite side of the bay from the new hotel construction so it is not affected by it at all. There is a short drive to Indigo Bay beach (small and feels private) and another 5 min drive to a nearby grocery store. It is only 10min away from Simpson bay and 15 min from Marigot. it was easy to communicate with the owner of this villa and their local management company who gave us a warm welcome. we definitely plan to come back and spend more time in this lovely place.

Great place to stay, very spacious, super equipped, the roof terrace is beautiful, especially I like the surroundings, safe, quiet and within 20 minutes walk from the airport. I was now at a Paul's place for the second time and can 100% recommend this apartment. Price / performance.

great location, quiet while being close to many bars and restaurants. Cozy cottage very well equipped with its small tree-lined gardens, a little paradise. I recommend it 100%, can't wait to go back.

The house was immaculate. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. We loved that the kitchen had a hybrid approach to cooking whereas there were two gas pilot and an electric stove. All bedrooms were nice with extra towels and linens. All rooms had TV’s (the internet would go off for periods of time). You can charge your phone, tablet, etc bedside. Nice size backyard with a “cozy” pool. The house was very accommodating. It was 5 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Free parking space in the front. We had two issues that were very quickly addressed. The host lived right across, which helps with resolving any issues quick. Sabrina is vey nice. Quick to respond prior to the trip and during the trip. She was accommodating as well i had a phone interview that was past the check out time and she graciously let us check out a little later so I can take my interview. Highly recommend!

The place was beautiful, clean and exactly as described. Walkable distance to popular places like D’s bar, sunset bar and maho beach. Lateefah was very communicative and an amazing host. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I absolutely LOVED Tamara’s place. She is very welcoming and makes you feel at home! The pictures of her place do no justice, you must see it in person. Everything was squeaky clean and everything worked properly. There’s a nice view of the ocean, a pool downstairs, and a restaurant downstairs. Everything is pretty close, nothing’s too far which is also a plus. I rate this place 10/10, definitely recommend!

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

The place was beautiful especially the view! My only suggestion would be that a tv should be place in the bedroom, instructions on what the occupants need to do before checkout (trash removal, dirty linens, ect) and English instructions on how to use the 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Grounds were absolutely beautiful and the young lady that checked us in was a sweetheart🤎

Amy was very accommodating and was quick to respond. The home is close to Maho Beach, the airport, and one of the ferry docks to Anguilla. We appreciated the extra snacks and toiletries. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Gigi's flat is absolutely gorgeous, so modern and spacious and impeccably designed. The views of the ocean from the private balcony are stunning. Gigi is also such an accommodating and thoughtful host who went above and beyond in terms of amenities provided. There are beach chairs/umbrellas and beach towels and snorkels and a cooler she allows you to use for your stay! I hope to return soon and often. If it is available, book it right away!

The apartment and location far exceeded my expectations! Very close to shopping and restaurants as well as the beautiful beach! I will definitely stay here again!! 🌺

The place looked just the photos! It was a beautiful stay and the space looks larger in person compared to the photos. My husband and I stayed 8 days in the unit. The kitchen was packed with everything we needed, there were extra chargers and cables around the house which was helpful since we lost our charger at the airport. Beach chairs, towel, and umbrellas were all provided. A rental car place was within walking distance. They provided excellent recommendations for food and activities for places all around the island. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

My daughter and I had an amazing time at Simona’s apartment. It is very private, quiet (apart from occasional plane takeoffs at the nearby airport but it didn’t bother us at all), clean, and had everything we needed. The location is outstanding: terrific beach at the end of the block, and bakeries, stores, and restaurants walking distance away. Simona also compiled a guide to best beaches, restaurants, and activities on the island that we made extensive use of. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, Simona was on hand with an answer or a solution.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

I loved the location! You can walk to restaurants, shops, Maho beach, Mullet Bay, even a pharmacy. Room was comfy and felt like home. Environment was safe as well. Perfect.

A very modern, beautiful, air bnb. The hosts are very responsive! I could not find the plug adapters, and she was there to help, within a couple of minutes! I asked about a float for the BEAUTIFUL pool; She brought them right over!! The views are breathtaking. It's a perfect spot, VERY reasonably priced! We had a car rental, so we visited so many different beaches, and ate at many wonderful restaurants. Our favorite being Grand Case Beach and eating breakfast AND dinner at Rainbow Cafe. Everything around the island is fairly close and convenient. If we visit St Martin again, we will definitely choose this air bnb! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

We spent three amazing days in this beautiful Airbnb! As soon as we arrived, we were amazed by the view of the beach and planes landing. The view is just spectacular. The condo was exactly as pictured, and we really didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo has a beautiful view of Simpson Bay Beach. The balcony is very large, and we spent a lot of time hanging out there while we were at the unit. Every detail is thoughtfully thought out, making the place special. The pool was perfect for relaxing and the view from the terrace is so beautiful. Perfect for viewing arriving and departing aircraft. It was worth the money spent. It was close to everything including the airport and within walking distance to Maho Beach and the casino and restaurants. We look forward to staying again! I would recommend to anyone who needs a spacious home with great views and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Wei and Fritz.

Our short 3 night stay at Maho Condo was excellent. The space is very clean and small but functional. There are two large closets with plenty of hangers and four drawers of under bed storage. Kitchen: Stocked with glasses, dishes and cutlery as well as appliances like a ninja blender, air fryer and toaster. Bathroom: Rainfall shower with nice pressure, hot water and plenty of towels. They even have darker makeup towels. Misc. Robot vacuum, ironing board, smart tv. Amenities: Fully equipped gym and although we never used the pool it’s a nice size and has plenty of chairs. The onsite security made us feel safe coming and going at night. Location: close to the airport with about a 10 min walk to Maho beach. 5 min drive to Mullet Bay beach. In walking distance to bars/restaurants and the Maho market. We had a car and parked often in the gravel lot across the street. Communication: Great. We got a nice welcome and had an open communication with the hosts should we need anything.
