Studsmatta finns. Cyklar finns att låna. Sovrum 1: dubbelsäng, sovrum 2: två 90 sängar. Inga dörrar till sovrum. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej. Inga husdjur. Städning ingår ej. Ved ingår ej. Parkeringsplats, möjlighet att ladda elbil (separat avgift). Inga fester tillåtna. Tvättmaskin finns.

A warm welcome to Villa Golf, new in 2025. Enjoy a wonderful private oasis in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to two of the most appreciated golf courses in southern Sweden. Indoors we find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Through a large sunroom we access the garden, heated pool, hot tub, a grassy area and several furnished patios. The area of Österlen offers great beaches, picturesque fishing villages, cultural events and much more.

Beautiful and spacious house in quiet and relaxing surroundings, 800 m to the sea. Sheep paddocks and meadows surround the house. The house is located in the small village of Örnahusen in Österlen, close to some of Sweden's best mile-longe beaches and beautiful walking paths. Lammbacka has two floors of 140 square meters with a large kitchen (fully equipped), two living rooms and four bedrooms. There is a sauna and a spa pool (5 people). The house has a new large balcony with several seats.

Välkommen till vår oas mitt i Löderup! Boendet har en solig, skyddad terrass med spabad, lekfull industriell inredning och tre generösa sovrum. Huset var tidigare bilverkstad och de stora portarna finns kvar och ger karaktär. En plats att trivas på! Löderup ligger nära allt Österlen har att erbjuda. Bara ca 8 km från Sandhammaren & Ale Stenar och 6 km från Glimmingehus. På gångavstånd finns en mindre livsmedelsaffär och Solhättan som har konserter sommartid.

Havet är enbart 2 minuters promenad bort. Hemmet är utrustat med öppen spis, bastu och gym-maskin. Boendet har ett annat boende vägg i vägg (men låst emellan). Det hyrs inte ut till andra gäster samtidigt, men värdarna vistas där ibland.
