This must be experienced on site. Sea view with beautiful sunsets. Fully furnished house. Master bedroom with a comfortable 180 cm bed from Kungsängen. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 160 cm double bed in each room. And a sofa bed in the studio. In the studio, there is also a sauna and toilet/shower. Only 800 meters away is Kivik harbor.

Located near the village of Rörum and the incredible Knäbäckshusen beach, it’s perfect for families who love nature and the outdoors. Swim in our heated pool, relax in the wood-fired sauna, and enjoy a safe, peaceful place to slow down and reconnect.

Bathroom, kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed adapted for children. There is a pull-out bed in the living room. Where there's a TV but no channels. But a Chromecast is available for streaming. Fenced yard. The cottage is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning supplies are available.

There's a big wooden deck for eating/relaxing outdoors and a private garden with view over meadows and woods. Nature walks and mountain bike trails on your doorstep. Lake, beaches, and waterfall are all a short car or bicycle ride away.
