One-story house of 90 sqm with fireplace and Jacuzzi that will be a cozy end of the evening. During the day, there is a beach or fishing if you do not want to take a trip to Österlen. Perfect accommodation for families or couples.

This is a family summer paradise. Knäbäckshusen is a unique village of 19 houses from the 18th century, which was moved from its original location and rebuilt in 1957. The house is located 200 meters from one of Europes best beaches, according to Lonely Planet Travel Guide Book. The house is very picturesque and has all modern facilities plus a big garden with Sauna, Hot tub, Kingsize sunbeds, two terraces... Private tennis court - 100 meters, private sauna by the beach. A warm welcome to Villa Golf, new in 2025. Enjoy a wonderful private oasis in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to two of the most appreciated golf courses in southern Sweden. Indoors we find three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Through a large sunroom we access the garden, heated pool, hot tub, a grassy area and several furnished patios. The area of Österlen offers great beaches, picturesque fishing villages, cultural events and much more.

Lägenhet som är del av ett hus med solig terrass och lekfull industriell inredning. Huset var tidigare bilverkstad och de stora portarna finns kvar. På bottenvåningen finns ett modernt kök med 5 meter i takhöjd och soffhörna med en härlig pelletskamin. En halv trappa upp hittar man de två sovrummen och en hel trappa upp finns ett tv-rum med en stor bekväm soffa. Det finns ett badrum och en gästtoalett. Soliga dagar och kvällar spenderas med fördel på den solindränkta, skyddade terrassen!

Beautiful and spacious house in quiet and relaxing surroundings, 800 m to the sea. Sheep paddocks and meadows surround the house. The house is located in the small village of Örnahusen in Österlen, close to some of Sweden's best mile-longe beaches and beautiful walking paths. Lammbacka has two floors of 140 square meters with a large kitchen (fully equipped), two living rooms and four bedrooms. There is a sauna and a spa pool (5 people). The house has a new large balcony with several seats.

The property has a nice plot with a large wooden deck where you can enjoy both heated swimming pool and hot tub. The sea is only a 2 minute walk away. The home is equipped with a fireplace, sauna and gym machine. The accommodation has another accommodation wall to wall (but locked in between). It is not rented to other guests at the same time, but the hosts stay there sometimes.
