Mamdouhs place is wonderful if you like to stay for your own in a little village. Be aware that it is not in Nizwa but in Birkart al Mouz. The flat is simple furnished but functional and very spaceful. I would have preferred real dishes instead of the camping set but I'm sure Mamdouh would have provided me with everything if I would have asked for. There is also no refrigerator. And it is a little bit inconvenient as to reach your own bathroom you have to move outside to next door. Mamdouh is very helpful as for example how to organize trips or to recommand really good restaurants or to find out the best routes to get somewhere.

Had a great time at Riad Nizwa tastefully decorated in a traditional style. Rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. The location is ideal, a few minutes walk to the souk and the main sights of Nizwa Old Town. Host was very welcoming.

Reza was accommodating to my early arrival plans to Nizwa which was very helpful. He was able to meet me at the house and hand me the key and give me a brief overview of the house which was nice. Big spacious bedroom and great for a one night stay in Nizwa. Reza was also great with communication.

When I first booked the room, I felt like it was in the desert. When we arrived, the landlord welcomed me enthusiastically at the door. The car was a little surprising. The exterior environment of the house was very beautiful, and the landlord personally took us to the supermarket. He personally took us to the supermarket and would help us with anything. Thank you for being such a serious and hearty host. If I have the opportunity to come to Nezva again, I will definitely choose this place again. Thank you again.

Beautiful farm with palm trees and a lovely family. We spent the evening with them, sharing an Omani BBQ. They did everything to make our stay enjoyable. There is everything needed for children to have fun. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back if we visit the region again. Thank you to Rashid and his family!
