We were warmly greeted at the entrance by the amazing Enzo from The Lux Villa Concierge. He gave us a thorough and welcoming tour of the apartment, which was not only spotless and spacious but also beautifully designed with a fresh, contemporary feel. The entire space smelled fantastic and felt like home from the very first moment. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for day-to-day living — from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches throughout. Enzo went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and even sent us curated links to local restaurants and entertainment options around the island. He checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect — and it was. This place truly exceeded all expectations. It was a 10 out of 10 experience and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We can’t wait to return!

Parvesh and his wife were very helpful. Since it is the off-season, the price is lower and the beach is quiet. And that is what I was looking for.

The host has thought of everything! Well equipped unit in a quiet building. Walkable to restaurants and groceries. Lots of great communication in advance with little helpful items to prepare for my vacation. Wifi extends to the pool area too! I barely needed my eSIM! I will be back!

Beautiful views, ambiance and a great location. We were walking distance from restaurants, stores and nightlife. The host was very responsive and accommodating to us. They also provided us with helpful information and a lot of recommendations upon arrival. We will definitely be staying here again and will refer our friends!!!

The pictures of the condo unit were EXACTLY as they were advertised on this site. The Condo was in Excellent condition. They complex where the unit is located is a wonderful with location that is in the heart of the Cupecoy area of the island. The host was very accommodating and answered important questions prior to us booking. The service we received upon arrival was equally outstanding and responsive. The overall experience was Excellent. The combination of location, the complex, the unit and host all added up to be one of the best units we have rented on this platform, to date. I would 100% recommend this location and the unit to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay in St. Maarten. It is a perfectly located spot on the island. We'll be back for sure! Thanks

I enjoyed the coziness of the location. Host is very responsive and friendly. I enjoy the guestbook with helpful information of things to do and places to go. Get a rental car for your own convenience. However, this Airbnb felt very homey, safe, and clean. Everything I need was there 🥰

The balcony is just amazing - huge and furnished conveniently. The 270 degree views of Caribbean blue ocean are breathtaking and we loved being able to watch the sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen was well supplied and the house was comfortably furnished. It was perfect for 3 couples. We very much hope to go back another time.

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

Alex’s place was great, it had a small private beach albeit a bit rocky. For adults that is good. For kids, there is a pool for them to play in. I would assume when the waves are a bit more calm it would be good for the kids to go in. Her house is also stocked with lots of kids toys so we were able to keep all the kids entertained while the adults lounge around. The one complaint I have is designated parking spots, the area has an abundance of street parking, but a few dedicated spots for the house would be nice. However this is not an issue with the house itself.

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

We had an amazing stay! The home is very beautiful and had more than enough space for the 9 of us. Luc and Danielle were amazing and very quickly responsive to all texts. We also appreciated Luc’s step by step directions and restaurant recommendations. You will need a rental car.

This was a very safe and secure unit in the heart of Simpson Bay. The unit was perfect for our stay, nicely furnished, had fantastic outdoor space and was quite comfortable. The hosts Mariana and Manoj are great communicators who made us feel very cared for while at the property! Thank you both so much for a great stay!!

Had an amazing stay! The location is perfect location, being that it’s near many restaurants and a few beaches. Definitely recommend renting a car. The place had everything we could need. Love the pools and private beach. Some of the furniture and bed sheets could be updated, but otherwise everything was great. Host was very responsive, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place and will be back!

We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean & well equipped and the view was breathtaking. The surroundings were very Peaceful & quiet, the location was convenient and we received great service. We appreciated the timely and helpful communication of Jenny & Annia. We enjoyed our stay at Encanto. Rakhi was a very informative and she responded quickly to any questions we had. Gordon, the property manager, gave us instructions on the unit when we arrived. Rakhi provided recommendations which were helpful. The condo was very spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful view. Our favorite restaurant was Palapa which was within walking distance (we ate there twice). The breakfast at the Yellow Sub in Orient Beach was delicious - best croissants. Carrefour was a great place to get provisions for the week and were reasonably priced. Every place took American dollars but only a few took American Express. We highly recommend spending a day at Pinel Island - Karibuni has chairs, umbrellas and cold beer!! The UnderSXM snorkel tour was really interesting. We rented a car to explore the island and the drivers are crazy so be careful - lol.

Luc checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Leanne's place is exactly as pictured and they even granted us access to the community's workout facilities. Luc was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and the driver he recommended (Simon) was prompt, polite, and always available to drop us off and pick us up all over the island. I would highly recommend a stay at Leanne's place. You won't regret it.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as detailed in the description. Kevin was extremely accommodating in allowing us a late check out that was very much appreciated. The pools and beach were amazing, and the beach couldn't have been more private or any better. There were several restaurants that were very close, and we liked every one we tried.
