Located in the beautiful Garden Club Residence Condominium, with excellent quality infrastructure and security, place for rest and good FAMILY moments. We do not accept young people looking for houses to have parties. Only families with children and/or the elderly.

Space for home office, 2 double beds, 1 single bed, 4 new mattresses, comfortably accommodating 10 people. Only 3 km from the city, close to tourist spots in the region, such as Morro do Gavião and Pedra do Índio (less than 30 km).

**** READ CAREFULLY* *** ** The space can only be rented for a maximum of 10 people , only for rest purposes, without any kind of parties. ** For reservations , we ask that it be done 1 or 2 days before, for time to do the cleaning. * We won't accept reservations booked on the day. My place is near the dam (approximately 200 m.).. Quiet place, spacious and in the countryside ( 13 km from the center of Carlópolis ).
