If I could give a 10 star recommendation I certainly would! everything about this Casa is Class, clean comfortable and welcoming… everything about it is screams HOME to us. So much so that we are going to come back next year for two weeks instead of 10 days. The on-site Host Bathurst, was a delight and helpful., and very knowledgeable about the area. He gets the ten star rating also🌟

Roxana is an excellent host, from before arriving she was clear, friendly and I try to make everything easier, she was very attentive and quick responses. He welcomed us with some coconuts 🥥 that are appreciated 🙏🏼 in terms of the house has a perfect sea view, the terrace and pool are very nice to spend hours, the beds are comfortable and the house was very clean. We'll definitely be back, thank you Roxana for everything !!

We loved the home and its location. Walkable to the centro a 10-12 min walk (lots of restaurants and shopping). The home had everything we needed and more. My kid loved the pool. It was clean and beautiful. We will return to this Airbnb. It was also close to a small grocery store.

The home was beautiful and honestly looks better than the photos. Tall privacy walls for the backyard and pool area. Neil was very friendly and always responsive to messages which was much appreciated. The home did come with some toiletries which came in handy. The home was clean and felt so very comfortable and roomy. This home has pretty much everything you need! My only issue was all the insects, which would quickly enter the home daily, but I think this is just an issue throughout the city, not necessarily the owner or home itself plus there was insect repellent provided! The ACs work great to help with the heat. Overall I loved the home and would definitely return soon.

we love the beach and we were the only ones there every day. very quiet and safe area. you need to have a car to get food because there was no store or restaurants close enough to walk

This is our third trip to Janet's home. The pool is outstanding. We used the outside during most of the trip and spent many hours in the very private pool. The home is generously sized and the host was very responsive and was helpful with a solution when we asked for help twice. Groceries and restaurants were within a few blocks walk. We recommend this place for others and will definitely be back!

Lalo, Veronica and Clay are super hosts! They have treated me wonderfully! Very polite. The TOTO house is wonderful... charming... decorated with a lot of style in each place there is a detail that relaxes you. The experience of being in it was full of many beautiful things! Wonderful location with the feeling that it feels like a private beach due to the peace of the surrounding area. All house areas are spacious and have that beach feel. The view from the master bedroom is awesome. Carlos is very helpful . Abel and his wife were always ready for what we needed . Villa Kakashki is a place you should visit if you want to have an unforgettable vacation.

Steps away from amazing cafes and restaurants, right in the heart of Centro but still so peaceful. The pool was refreshing and clean and we loved how large the outdoor space was. Excellent stay!!

This Airbnb was uniquely large and had a lot of nice spaces that were beautiful to sit and find peace. It was a comfortable stay in a nice convenient area in town.

Oswaldo’s place in Mérida was a great find. The house is well equipped with everything you might need, and the design strikes a nice balance between modern style and local Mexican character. It’s in a really convenient location, close to the airport, downtown, and all the main tourist spots, and the beaches are only about an hour away. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and excellent value for the price.

The location is fantastic especially if you don’t have a car everything is very walkable . The bedrooms are very spacious and beautiful. Loved the small pool in the backyard an amazing sanctuary at the end of a hot day. Fantastic communication and very appreciative of flexibility with check in and check out highly recommend !!

Very cool, restored old house. Nice little pool in a private, walled backyard. Loved the airy living room and courtyard, where there is a hammock and a fountain. Fans and ACs in all the rooms work great. All the rooms have bathrooms.

Fernanda is an excellent host, nice and attentive, and the photos don't do justice to how wonderful the house is. It is very well located, where you feel you will find peace. It is beautiful, and the location is excellent. My daughter enjoys it very much. It's worth the cost, and Fer's attention. The house is new and every detail was very well thought out. It gives peace and tranquility and above all security. I would definitely stay there again, and I would recommend it 100%

The photos do not do the house justice! yes, it is a rustic but divine house!! excellent decor, safe place to sleep, the ocean front pool area is fabulous. We will definitely return. It's worth mentioning that it looks like they just had full maintenance on the house because it looked freshly painted.

Gratitude to the hosts for sharing this stunning home with others - it is a slice of paradise and just like the photos. What better holiday can one ask for then to wake up, step outside your doorstep and into the ocean for a swim? Expect privacy as the beach, although public, has very few visitors. Spacious for 3 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook including a drip coffee maker, french press, purified water cooler, some coffee, tea, seasonings, extra-virgin olive oil and vinegars. The lounge area has reclining seats and a large TV with Netflix for late-night binges. Chelem is a quiet fishing village. There are two great breakfast spots within walking distance (Cafe Paris and Las Brujitas) as well as a fancier place for dinner which we never got to try (Mollusk). Progresso is a 15 minute drive away and has a boardwalk, beachfront restaurants and shops. Merida is an easy 45 minute drive for dinner, shopping and culture. I will 100% stay here again!

A true gem! Maikee’s house is truly a beautiful, well cared place that welcomes you in and makes you feel right at home. Every detail of the house is fantastic, there’s nature and beauty all over the place. It looks better than the pictures and the property is very well maintained. The team that manages the house is lovely and communication with them and Maikee was smooth. We barely left the place, has so many areas to enjoy; it’s truly a paradise in the middle of the city, amazing location right between center and north, we will definitely be back ❤️

The house is fantastic for going with family or friends. It is very close to the center of Progreso but just where the esplanade ends, so it is very quiet and the beach is perfect and without people most of the time. Abisai is very kind and helps with everything you need. We had a great time ☺️👍🏻

The stay was excellent. I think it's one of the best AIRBNB properties in Yucatan and the ones I've stayed in Mexico. Both the facilities and the service were as promised, in addition to receiving attention by message throughout my stay. I highly recommend it for families and those with dogs. The proximity to the beach and the privacy give it a touch of exclusivity. I will definitely return.
