This is the second time we have stayed here and we will be back. It’s an amazing place to stay - beautiful, peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed!

Very spacious, super clean and right on the beach. The place has a central heating which was much needed during our stay. The main area was full of sunlight during the day. Walking distance to the local shop/cafe and to some beautiful nature walks. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back!

Natalie and her beautiful spot were great. We struggled to leave and haven't stopped thinking about it all week. We will absolutely be back!

Lovely home with a gorgeous outlook, enjoyed the sunset and walks on the beach. Appreciate a place where our dog is also allowed to go. Everything we needed for a weekend away. Not far to Stanley to explore and enjoy local restaurants. Thank you. 😊

We had the most beautiful, relaxing time away. The apartment had everything we needed, and all the kitchen supplies you could ever ask for. If you love sea views, and the sound of crashing waves, it would be very hard to top this place. The sunny living area, and large open doors/deck made this place the best beach accommodation we have stayed in. We are definitely looking forward to returning in the future.

Our stay was amazing, the house is just perfect from the bedrooms to the beautiful bathrooms and how warm and cosy the house is we loved it! Everything we needed was here, I wish I could have stayed longer it felt just like home!

We felt right at home at Kellie’s home. It was very clean and the beds were a dream! Some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Well equiped kitchen and plenty of space to cook and eat. Outside area was very inviting with plenty of space to eat and relax. The carpet was luxurious and kept the house cosy and warm. The shower was amazing and it had great water pressure. Unfortunately the dog next door barked both mornings around 6:30-7 am (on and off for 30 minutes) and woke some of us up but if you’re an early riser, this won’t bother you. We spent two days at Ecofest in Ulverstone so the location was great for us. Thank you, Kellie for hosting us- we really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend!

My friends and I had the most enjoyable time staying in this beautiful home. We had a large group, and we were always busy - either with supplies found within the home, or short drives to walks and great pubs. We would 100% stay again.

We had a lovely time staying at Audrey's place. The location is magnificent if you're interested in penguins and seals and rocky beaches. It felt like we were stepping back in time.

5 Stars – Perfect Family-Friendly Seaside Getaway in Penguin Seaview Cottage exceeded all expectations. Nestled right on the waterfront, the panoramic views of Bass Strait were simply breathtaking. Whether sipping morning coffee on the deck or watching the sunset through the expansive glass windows, the scenery was a constant delight. The cottage was impeccably clean, cosy, and beautifully equipped for a comfortable stay. It truly had everything a family could need—from a well-stocked kitchen to thoughtful touches throughout. We especially appreciated the guest/teenager’s room, which was perfect for our son—he absolutely loved it and enjoyed having his own space. The peaceful ambiance made it a great escape from the daily hustle, and the host was gracious and responsive, providing clear and easy check-in instructions. The place was the perfect spot, warm and cozy in the winter and had an incredible view. Beach and walking trails in walking distance. Loved it!

We loved the location. Enjoyed sitting by the firebox. Used the SUP - thank you! Liked the homey feel of the kitchen. Appreciated how there were several different zones within the living area. We were able to capture some sun on the verandah chairs in the morning.

I love it , very very clean , specially the 2 bathrooms and showers , good view , you can see the sea while cooking or sitting at the dining table , very spacious with 4 bedrooms , great for big families and groups of vacationist , plenty of parking nearby because some establishment nearby but they had their own parking at the back , two lounge room with two tv, kitchen is awesome , plenty of bread and milk , comfortable beds , crispy linens , 5 min to cbd of Burnie , We sit in the front and count the cars passing by and a ship passing by , Thanks Di , we will stay again in the future .

What can I say other than AMAZING. From the moment we opened the door we were blown away. The house was so very well set up, bright and airy, well appointed and just a relaxed place to be. The property was very central to everything and a spectacular view of the nut from the kitchen table. Bed was lovely and comfortable and the house was easy to warm. High quality appliances and many lovely touches. We were very appreciative of the lovely welcome gift also. We will definitely be back again and again. Love this place 💚💙

Look no further if you’re staying in Sisters Beach than Salty Seahorse! Immaculate premises in a quiet location close to the sea. Our grandson and little dog had a brilliant time like the rest of us! Gordon.

A-MAZ-ING!! Due to a last minute itinerary change, I booked this place very late in the day but it was no problem. Immediate confirmation and checked in 30 minutes later. Our family adored this place. It was homely and super comfortable and there was not one thing we couldn't find supplied by the host. We squeezed alot into our time in Penguin and surrounds and coming home each afternoon was a blessing. Crackling fire, a few games of chess then sinking into incredibly luxe beds (electric blanket included) was the perfect end to our days. I picked up a book from the collection and curled up on the lounge in the morning sun, coffee in hand, I actually just sat for a few hours and read and I can't tell you the last time I have done that. The views are spectacular and we went over to the beach for a little walk around, it's very rocky so wear shoes but plenty to see and explore, kids will love it Tip: Herbs Pizza in Ulverstone are HUGE and very yum

Very cute federation architecture with easy access to penguin beaches. A few trucks are still using air breaks through the town during the night, so bring earplugs if you're a sensitive sleeper. The bedroom windows are double glazed which helps. Got to see some wild rabbits in the garden at night. The host even pre heated the house for our winter arrival.

Great location, quiet and peaceful yet within easy walk to the beach and local shops. Facilities were great, bed was so comfortable, quuality linen and towels evident. Big TV was a very pleasant surprise. Nice selection of basic provisions provided, really helps when you are away from home, overall a really nice and relaxing stay. No hesitation in recommending this property and hosts..

Great place to stay. A short walk to the beach or a longer one to the creek which is great for families with young kids. Little Sister General Store is great for lunch or dinner. The property is clean, beds are comfy, shower was hot, kitchen was well stocked. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Will be back when we’re next in the area.

Lovely home, tastefully decorated with all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Great location and superb views of the beach and The Nut. Everything that Stanley has to offer, and there’s lots, is at your fingertips. Great pub up the road, as well as cafes. Great place to base yourself to explore the wonderful north-west Tasmanian region and the outstandingly beautiful and unique Tarkine wilderness.
