Restored from the early 1900's. This cozy cabin sits right above the Howard Miller Steelhead Park on the Skagit River. The Rockport Bar and Grill is next door. We are just a minute off of highway 20, also known as The North Cascade Highway. There is a Futon for an extra guest. We now have air conditioning! This listing is not wheelchair accessible. This listing is also not suitable for children under the age of 12, there are safety issues in the area.

Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Located on the scenic western shore of the island, you can enjoy extraordinary sunsets, panoramic island views, miles of beach combing, and abundant wildlife. Our mini guesthouse, "The Seldom Inn" measuring 12 ft. x 14 ft. in size, is approximately 150 feet from our private beach and is located behind our main home.
