Family-friendly holiday rentals in Skala Sotiros

Jenny is not only a super host but a wonderful, kind, helpful person. We traveled with 3 more families (in total we were 8 adults and 5 kids) and we had everything we needed. Jenny’s place located in a peaceful area, the house is really nice, very clean and we had everything (all the amenities) we needed there. More than this there is enough space inside and outside. Outside there is a spacious terrace and a playground area dedicated for kids. The nearest beach (which is wonderful and baby friendly ) is approx 5-7 min by foot. Jenny provided a lot of recommendations for restaurant, takeaway, beaches and many more so do not hesitate to contact her if you need something. We had an amazing stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And the location is incredible: beautiful ocean views and a 3 mins walk - via a private entrance - to the beach. Great communication with the hosts and the local recommendations for boat hire companies and restaurants with high chair facilities were very helpful. Aris and Anna also organized a WiFi router for us - so great! While there is a beach club close by to the house and we could sometimes hear faint music being played from the club, it didn't disturb us - especially when we discovered that the beach club was super chic and we could eat delicious meals there (we went there 3 times during our stay!). Highly recommend.

This is a great place to stay. We very much enjoyed the beautiful house, the gardens, the swimming pool, and having breakfast and dinner in the outdoor dining area. The house is in a quiet spot a short walk to the village of Prinos and a 15 minute walk to the beach through a country path surrounded by breathtaking fields of ancient olive trees. We had easy communication all along with Rania, who was very friendly and helpful. We were nicely welcome to the house by her mum, Mrs Jenny, who leaves next door. She was willing to arrange meals and provide help whenever asked, while her assistant maintained the pool, the house and the garden in tiptop condition throughout. All in all this is a unique place that made our stay a very enjoyable one. We would certainly come back if we can.

An exceptionally welcoming and helpful host! Our stay was lovely — the bungalow was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The garden was absolutely beautiful — peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing. We were visiting to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and the host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. I had quite a few questions about ordering a cake, flowers, and other details, and she replied patiently and helpfully every time, making sure everything went smoothly and stress-free. Later, we had a small issue with the key card, and I contacted her again — she responded immediately, explained everything clearly, and helped us solve the problem quickly. We’re truly grateful — highly recommended, especially if you value kindness, quick communication, and genuine care from your host!

Lena and Yanis were fantastic hosts - warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the start. The house was clean, cozy, and just enough for two families and a toddler who instantly fell in love with the yard. They were always available if we needed anything, yet gave us complete privacy throughout our stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests. The location is great too - shops and taverns are just around the corner, so everything you need is within walking distance. And the sea is just a 3-minute walk away, with a couple of lovely beaches nearby. Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again!

Karakteri ve tarihi olan bir ev. Belki bazılarına kasvetli gelebilir ama ailem ve benim için güzel bir deneyimdi. Antika eşyalar mevcut. Mutfakta sadece yağ eksikti. Evin taştan bir avlusu vardı. Kahvaltı için güzel bir alan var ama arılarla ilgili önlem almalısınız. Keşke resimlerdeki gibi bir zeytinliğin içinde olsaydı ama bu da yetti.

Περασαμε ενα υπεροχο 3ημερο στο διαμερισμα αυτο!!! Ηταν πεντακαθαρο,τα κλινοσκεπασματα κ οι πετσετες μοσχοβολουσαν,ειχε ο,τι χρειαζομασταν. Επισης ηταν πολυ ησυχο κ δροσερο, σε αποσταση 2 λεπτων απο τη θαλασσα κ τις ταβερνες. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ ευγενικός κ εξυπηρετικός,μας απαντουσε αμεσα σε ο,τι ζητουσαμε! Συστηνεται ανεπιφιλακτα

Το σπιτι υπεροχο με την ωραιοτερη θεα στην Καβαλα!!! πληρως εξοπλισμενο με ασανσερ και παρκινγκ! οσο για την οικοσεσποινα, ευγενεστατη, εξυπηρετικοτατη και αμεσα ανταποκρινομενη!!! θα το επισκεπτομασταν ξανα σιγουρα και το συστηνουμε ανεπιφυλακτα!!

Un piccolo paradiso! Puoi rinfrescarti all'ombra di ulivi, limoni e tigli, Ogni appartamento ha un piccolo giardino antistante ben curato L'alloggio dispone anche di un tratto di spiaggia privata, dove l'alba è bellissima anche a settembre intorno alle 6:30-7 del mattino. La spiaggia è rocciosa, ma può essere utilizzata anche dalle famiglie, si può fare snorkeling, Spiagge accessibile in zona , Paradise beach è Golden beach, Lina e stata una Host molto presente e gentile, consiglio vivamente a tutti. PS aggiungerei un piccolo suggerimento , appennino per la doccia ,

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία, με πολύ ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε τις βόλτες στο χωριό και χαρήκαμε πολύ με την άμεση απόκριση του Κωνσταντίνου σε όλες μας τις ερωτήσεις. Το σπίτι ήταν όπως ακριβώς το είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες και οι αυλές του σπιτιού μπροστά και πίσω έδωσαν σε όλους μας την ευκαιρία να βρει ο καθένας μας τη γωνία που θα χαλαρώνει. Η Μπέλλα μας που είναι ένα 30κιλο 14χρονο golden ξάπλωσε και κοιμήθηκε σε όλες τις σκιές των δέντρων και εμείς είχαμε και τα φρέσκα φρούτα μας από τη μουριά! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα και εις το επανιδείν!!! 🙏🏼🪷

We had a fabulous 10 days at Akile's place in Kallirachi. The villa was lovely and we enjoyed the view and the pool. Akile was very helpful and accommodating with check in and bringing us a fan as it was so hot - thank you. Great place to stay :)

It was a little tricky to find (the last 100 meters). But great welcome from Orestis and at least a daily check everything was ok. Beautiful and quiet location. Hotel swimming pool only 20 meters away and was lovely - great addition. We used it most nights. Location is a good 15-20 min walk to the beach but we don’t mind that. Plenty of restaurants but take hosts advice on the best ones. We used the advertised reflexologist who was great and cheap too.

We stayed here in a group of 10 and had such an amazing time. The villa is beautiful and has everything you need, the pool area is 10/10, all the rooms were clean and spacious. Evgenis was so proactive, helping us out in every way possible- even arranging a cake for my birthday!! We did a private boat trip, and took taxis into kavala town, it’s such a beautiful town, we felt like the only tourists there! The quiet beach is a short walk away and so are some amazing restaurants. We couldn’t fault this accommodation, and would definitely recommend!

Really great location for families need to rest and still have Thassos island at your disposition, house have everything you need for a great vacation, either great pool if feel like not to go to the sea on some days, few Taverns walk distance, or fancy ones if want to drive, if have pet will feel better than home:) About Tassos the host, almost he's reading your minds what you will need :), will feel real Greek hospitality

We have just had an amazing two week stay with our family of four at Casa O’ with Orestis as the perfect host. We have been to Thassos many times and we are really pleased to have found these well equipped and very comfortable villas, which are ideally located close to both Golden Beach and Scalia Potamias. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
