The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Sunroom, laundry room, A/C, fireplace, large balcony with flexible outdoor seating, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen, etc. Sheets and towels are included. Two bicycles are available to borrow.

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Busshållplats finner du 200 meter från boendet där du enkelt kan ta dig fram längst kusten. Experience a unique countryside accommodation in a 100-year-old school. The accommodation is a separate part of the house with its own entrance and consists of a bedroom, bathroom and hall. 1 minute from the E4 to Stockholm, possibility to lock bicycles and free parking for motorhome/van. These rooms are the first rooms I renovated in the house, which was quite dilapidated when I moved in and by staying here you help me so I can restore more parts of the house.
