Holiday rentals with beach access in Skaljari

Booking this place is the best thing you can do for yourself. It’s extremely clean, beautiful, new and luxurious. It has everything you can possibly need and even more! The bathtub with the view on Kotor Bay is perfect. There’s a place to park. The communication with the host was great as well. Happy we ended up here!

We stayed at Milka’s apartment for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Milka and her family welcomed us and gave us a tour of the place. The apartment was sparkling clean, well-equipped, and perfectly located, central yet quiet, with free parking right outside. The terrace and the view were absolutely amazing. It’s just a 10-minute walk to the old town, with a grocery store and bakery nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kotor!

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Close to the city, yet quietly located. Clean and well equipped apartment. Very friendly owner, who gave us good restaurant tips.

Loved the apartment. It looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean too. Bed is very comfortable. There are 2 grocery stores next to the apartment and gas station across the street. If you’re using buses like I did the main bus station is a 10mins walk but theres also a bus stop right outside the apartment. And old town is a 15mins walk. The kitchen has all you’d need, but no microwave, i didn’t read the amenities very well, i used the stove or oven to warm food. Overall, really loved it, placed me in a pristine location, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough i can walk to.

This place was magical and beat our high expectations.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Branislava's appartment. The house is very well kept and the view over the bay from the patio was beautiful. The swimming pool was a great bonus after a hot day of sightseeing. The walk to Kotor is about 1 hour but is all on the flat so well worth doing later in the day.

We had a great stay here. It was central , close to great bars and restaurants but also very quiet and peaceful. Communication was great and we felt very safe.

We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic host and family. The best location in Kotor and easy travel into the old town. We will be back in no time.

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

It was the perfect place to relax in the evenings — sitting on the balcony and enjoying the night view of the city and the sea was truly special. Located in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful garden setting. Private safe parking. 10 mins walk to old city. Amenities are spotless. Views of mountains from the balcony. The icing on the cake is the host- who welcomed us personally with delicious . welcome snacks and drinks. On the last night she brought us dessert! Highly recommended

It was very enjoyable to spend 3 days of our Montenegro holiday here. Mima and Neda were very interested and focused on quick solutions to every problem. We didn't want to leave the house. The sea was covered with seaweed, but when it cleared a little, it was deep and beautiful. It was very good for us to be away from the city noise under the stars at night

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road, but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Beautiful views, and a very clean and spacious apartment. Alex was great with communicating and provided detailed and clear institutions on the location. The apartment complex can be a little confusing with the numbers so the instructions were really appreciated. The view from the apartment is just incredible, be mindful that you are up high (hence the view) so lots of steps and on a hill, I wouldn't recommend for someone who struggles with lots of walking. The apartment has great air conditioning, really comfy beds, and just felt like home from home. The pool was a welcomed additional as the weather so really warm, nice pool area and again great views. We would definitely stay again. thanks

Krsto and Sanja were amazing hosts - so friendly and always happy to help with local recommendations and advice. The apartment itself was really cool. Such a unique space marked with so much creativity and spirit - we absolutely loved it. Location wise you are central in old town so a perfect base for exploring. I would not hesitate to stay again!

This stay at Nikola's was great! The location is ideal, both close to the sea and the surrounding coastal towns. Nikola advised us on many addresses and we thank him. Home is small but clean and functional. We could also use the large terrace to eat, it was very nice and especially very quiet :) There is also free parking and small shops nearby, as well as several restaurants and bars. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back :)

Absolutely an amazing place. Well presented and kept, like in the description. Close amenities, walkable, friendly and great cuisine at a short distance. The view from the penthouse is stunning.
