Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

When you wake up in the morning and open your eyes, you will see the sea 10 steps from your apartment. The peace of curise ships , mountains and unique sea in Boka Bay make you start the day with motivation. Kotor old town walk is 15 minutes away. It is 3 minutes by car. The apartment can host up to 4 people. (double bed for 2 people, 2 beds that can be opened in the living room) are ideal for both families and couples. The house has everything for cooking, a refrigerator and a park.
