You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Cozy living room with sofa and behind a half wall hides a 120 bed. Spacious bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer. Hair dryer and refrigerator. Underfloor heating throughout the property. Coffee and tea are provided and are easy to make with the kettle. Towels and bed linen included. There is the possibility to make the sofa bed if you think it will be too crowded for 2 people in the bed. Sheets are in the cabinet in the bathroom.

Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Vackert lantligt läge strax utanför Röstånga. Funktionellt och fräscht. Du har två plan på ca 25 kvm byggt i gaveln på en lada helt för dig själv. Sovrummet ligger en trappa upp, trappan har dock ingen ledstång. Köket har två kokplattor, köksfläkt, mikro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare och kyl med frys. Ingen ugn. Fullt utrustat med köksattiraljer. Bäddsoffan står på bottenvåningen men är tyvärr inte så bekväm att sova i. OBS handdukar, lakan och städning ingår!

An Electric car charger are available at the parking lot for a fee. a camera is facing the driveway, not indoors.

You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
