Warm welcome to this spacious, quirky home with a nice decor from when the house was built in 1978 until today. The apartment is located as a completely separate part of the house with its own entrance. The property was renovated in 2022 and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located on the outskirts of Ängelholm in a quiet, family-friendly area close to the beach, the sea, the forest, and the town center. There is public transport/bus just a couple of hundred meters away and parking opportunity right outside the house.

Bo i centrala Ystads gamla stadskärna

3 minutes to Ystad's shopping center/pedestrian street. From the apartment's roof dome, you have a view of the Monastery Church/St. Petri Church from 1267, the rose garden and the herb garden. The apartment is on the second floor with stairs up to about 40 sqm divided into a bedroom, open living room with dining area, kitchen and a bathroom with shower, where the sink and toilet are under a sloping roof. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, coffee maker, etc. WiFi, TV with Chromecast included.

Stay in Loftet via Brännans Gård

At our neighboring farm Valla Gård, you can now stay in "Loftet", an apartment that has been decorated up in the stable's old granary. Here, the style is a bit Aspen-inspired with brown-stained new wooden walls while a gable wall has been allowed to retain its original board planks. The old granary staircase is also preserved, which makes the upstairs master bedroom less suitable for small children, but very cozy for anyone who can handle a steeper staircase. 2 bedrooms with room for up to five people, private kitchen, bathroom and living room.

Fully-equipped attic. There is a larger living room with skylights both to the north and south. Open floor plan as shown in the pictures. Fresh shower/toilet. Kitchen with oven and induction hob. A small red cast iron stove if you want to cozy up after a lovely autumn or winter walk. Double bed (two 90 cm beds put together) in the living room. There is also a smaller 90-bed in a corner. In the bedroom, there is a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. There is also a crib. Bus stop is 300 meters away. Wonderful walking paths!

Österlen Gamla Posthuset Gärsnäs

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment lights and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the property there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Central Lund, newly renovated open loft apartment.

The apartment is located in the city center near the university, the Botanical Garden, grocery stores, and shops. There is no elevator. In this apartment, guests pay per bed used. We open up each bedroom based on the guests' booking and specific request. The living room, kitchen, and 1 bathroom are always included. There is a washing machine in the apartment. The additional laundry room is located in the basement and is accessed via the garden on the left side of the house - as seen from the garden.

Enjoy your vacation in a rural location with animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as an accessory to the morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connections to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noise may occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Located a short bike ride from the stunning white sandy beaches (3km south), and Öresund, popular w. wind-/kite surfers (west). The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Equipped with the essentials, a small, yet practical kitchenette (w. refrigerator, 2 stove tops, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic kitchenware) The bedroom has a double bed, extra foldable beds, baby bassinet, and there are 2 loaner bikes...
