In summer, you can hike directly out on the mountain or take a ride with the boat and fish. In winter, there is a Nordic Ski center with direct access from the cabin with wonderful tours in the mountains or go downhill in Freeride Paradise in Tänndalen, just 3 km away

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Nice house in a fantastic mountain environment

Nice mountain house with amazing views of Rödfjället. Perfect accommodation for the family, there is also room for the children's friends or two families. The bedrooms are located on two floors and in the loft there is an extra toilet and a small living room with TV. Ski trails, hiking and cycling trails are just behind the house. Nice fishing in the area and close to Tänndalssjön for swimming. About ten minutes by car to Tänndalen's downhill skiing and to Funäsdalen. Close to ski bus. Walking distance to Skarvruet mountain hotel.

At the foot of Funäsdalsberget in Kåvan's cottage area, you will find this spacious and modern mountain cottage overlooking the mountain's mighty steep sections. 170 sqm divided into 4 bedrooms, spacious hall, two bathrooms and large social areas mean that 2-3 families will enjoy themselves here. With 80 meters to bicycle, cross-country and snowmobile trails, 100 meters to Ljusnan and 1.3 km to the nearest lift, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The house is centrally located between a handful of different lift facilities.

Here, you can stay within walking distance to most things. A stone's throw from the cottage is the grocery store, the restaurant (see website for opening hours), the ski slope and the river Ljungan. Relax in this secluded log cabin between Handölforsen and Snasahögarna. Genuine cabin with kitchen area, bunk beds and fireplace. In the outbuildings, there is a woodshed, outhouse and sauna. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

Stay in a cozy apartment in the pleasant mountain village and nice cross-country skiing area of Bruksvallarna. The apartment, which is the lower floor of a cottage with two apartments, has fantastic views of the mountains and the village of Bruksvallarna and is located in a quiet area among other mountain cottages. After skiing or hiking during the day, you can then swim in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna or relax by the stove. The nice cross-country trails are within walking distance.
