A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

South-facing balcony with the possibility to barbecue and enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Proximity to water and swimming at the cottage as well as child-friendly and shallow beach just over 5 minutes' drive from the cabin. 25-minute drive from central Skellefteå. Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest. The guest is responsible for cleaning the cottage before departure.

The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Alla årstider njuter man gärna i soffan framför kaminen, efter en promenad/skidtur i skogen mot utsikt över närliggande Byskefjärden eller en promenad efter en mysig krokig skogsväg (reflexer krävs). En annan tur 2-3 km, är efter älvspromenaden till centrum. Där det finns ex livsmedels., apotek, pizzeria, restaurang och Byske Gästgiveri, 2nd hand o en kuriosabutik! The house is located in a child-friendly residential neighborhood close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa. Eight kilometers from the cottage is Robertsfors, where there are grocery stores, cafés and museums. There's also a golf course in Robertsfors.
