Η πιο κοντινή παραλία βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7’ με τα πόδια και είναι η μεγάλη άμμος. Είναι ιδανικό για όσους θέλουν να επισκεφθούν την Σκιάθο για λίγες μέρες έχοντας αυτή την υπέροχη θέα. With its private courtyard you can relax in comfort. Kosmima sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully fitted kitchen and breakfast bar. This is an old house and the ground floor has low ceilings (1.8m) so taller people may be more suited to the upper bedroom. The house has A/C, WiFi and USB charging points.

Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

It has 3 bedrooms,sleeping 5 people, a bathroom, a kitchen and big roof top terrace.The roof top is nice and spacious and is perfect for stargazing the Moon.The Old Port and the Main Street are on a few minutes walking distance.There is a parking area nearby, and the first beach and bus stop number 4 it’s only 5 minutes away.
