A quiet place among fjords and the Sunnmøre Alps

Do you have a dream of waking up to the sound of seagulls and fishingboats? And maybe catch a glimpse of an eagle on your way to take a morningswim in the fresh fjord? In the evening deer and hedgehogs might show up just outside the terrace as you watch the sun go down. Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Kapteinåsen, Sæbø

Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several outdoor areas/terrace, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor Jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35 m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and shared barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø city center with grocery stores, niche shops, hotel and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50 m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if you want to rent a boat.

Sæbøneset gard ligg plassert i Hjørundfjorden i Ørsta kommune. "Gamlehuset" ligg plassert sentralt på gardstunet, og er utstyrt med alle fasiliteter du treng. Tunet har ingen gjennomgangstrafikk. Garden ligg like ved sjøen og har egen havn, naust, bålplass m.m., og er i gangavstand til Sæbø sentrum.

The cottage is a perfect starting point for summit hikes summer and winter in beautiful Rauma with its majestic mountains. Short way to beautiful Skorgedalen with ski lifts trails in the winter.

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this idyllic home with magnificent views of Storfjorden, which runs all the way to Geiranger, which is an 80km drive away from us. We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.
