A quiet place among fjords and the Sunnmøre Alps

Do you have a dream of waking up to the sound of seagulls and fishingboats? And maybe catch a glimpse of an eagle on your way to take a morningswim in the fresh fjord? In the evening deer and hedgehogs might show up just outside the terrace as you watch the sun go down. Within a 30 minutes drive you can find plenty of possibilities to experience the Norwegian nature with cute puffins, exciting trails, deep fjords and the rough ocean. Our home is the perfect place to make your dream come true!

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Kapteinåsen, Sæbø

Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several patios/terraces, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transportation to/from the airport in the late afternoon/evening. There is a 24-HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the rental. Joker Vikane. Beautiful vacation home with great views of the fjord and mountains. The house has underfloor heating on the ground floor, a large kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with satellite TV, bedroom with 4 beds and a terrace overlooking passing cruise ships. It's the perfect base from which to visit Norway's most beautiful sights. These include the Trollstigen, Trollveggen, Geirangerfjord, Atlantic Road, Rosenstadt Molde and Ålesund.

We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.
