This is an apartment of 2 rooms and kitchen, 85m2 in a privately-owned villa, there is a double bed + single bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the TV room that is 140cm wide when extended In the new kitchen, there is most of what is needed, it is a table with 5 chairs and a 3 seats, also a TV in the kitchen.

With 150 meters to the nearest bathing area, one kilometer to Skövde golf course and 6 km to Skövde center, the cottage is 50 sqm in a quiet cottage area. Fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine, one bedroom with single bed 105 cm and one bedroom with double bed (or two 90 cm single beds), really nice sofa bed that can be made into 140 cm bed. Access to garden with furniture and grill. Dining area at the lovely glass porch.

A cozy little newly renovated cottage of about 50m2 with kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet with shower. The house is located in Eggby, about 10 minutes' drive to Axevalla racecourse, Skara summerland, Varnhem monastery church and Hornborgasjön. Walking distance to swimming and proximity to nature and bike trails. 300 meters to a 24/7 store. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 child's bed. Bring your own hygiene items, sheets and towels. Stugan ligger bra till för dagsutflykter till många sevärdheter och besöksmål. Med bil når du på ca 1 timma både Vänern och Vättern med fina bad. Mösseberg bjuder sommartid på fina strövområden och djurpark, och vintertid skidanläggning med utförsåkning och skidspår. Till närmsta samhälle med mataffär och pizzeria är det ca 6 km.

With proximity to the city you can within 10 minutes get to Skövde, or 15min Falköping, or why not visit one of our plateau mountains and hike. The owner's residence is located on the same property but the cottage is located separately with a patio single facing the forest. In the large garden there is a barbecue area, swings and playhouse as well as a pond. The cottage is within walking distance of a nature reserve with hiking trails. Nearby is also Hornborgasjön, Skara summerland, historic Varnhem, Grevagården's equestrian center, etc.
