Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sky Valley

This was such a great place to stay. A stylish, well equipped & well loved home in a really special location. Highly recommended. The only downside for us was the full moon that spoiled the star gazing!

Booked for a girls trip & this Airbnbs location, amenities, & pricing was great. The backyard was the highlight for us ! Pool/ jacuzzi was the reason for booking & we enjoyed every bit of it ! The beds were not the comfiest but the bedding & black out shades made up for it. The house is nicely designed, has a cozy feel, but important to note that some of the materials used inside are quite delicate. The walls appear to be finished with a type of drywall that can easily get stained, scratched, or dented even with normal use. The hardwood floors are also sensitive & may not hold up well to everyday wear & tear. There was already minor wears inside that we noticed which did make us cautious around the house to avoid accidental damage, which we didn’t quite enjoy. But overall we had a relaxing weekend, Charles was responsive when needed, the place was aesthetically pleasing, & the home was well equipped with everything we needed for our weekend stay!:)

Steve was an amazing Airbnb host! We had a few questions on the first day, and he never hesitated to answer them—always polite and helpful. His attention to detail really showed in how tidy and well-maintained the house was. The kitchen was my favorite part—fully stocked, very clean, and actually had quality pots, pans, and utensils (even a brand-new sponge, which was a nice touch). It was a pleasure to cook in. The bedrooms were neat, and the linens smelled fresh. The pool was perfectly heated and made for a relaxing experience. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

We stayed at the Airbnb for four nights, and it was wonderful. We encountered three issues during our stay, and our host, Maggie, was very responsive either resolving the problems or offering alternative solutions. The Airbnb was clean and matched the photos provided. I appreciated all the thoughtful details and the high end pieces that the host carefully selected for the home. Before booking, as well as during our stay, Maggie was quick to respond to all of my questions. If we visit Joshua Tree again, we would definitely rebook.

Mia’s property was absolutely perfect—beautifully private grounds, an incredible pool and spa, and top-notch amenities throughout the home. We especially loved the media room for movie nights and the peaceful backyard for morning coffee with a view. Everything was clean, thoughtfully designed, and made for a truly relaxing stay. Mia was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Joshua Tree, this is it. Elaine’s house was perfect. It was very well decorated and lively. It was spacious and spotless. My friends and I loved the pool and outdoor games. The outdoor lounging chairs were perfect for tanning:)

Had a great time:) Shane was available when we texted that we had trouble getting into the lock box. Space was clean and the pool was fantastic in 103 degree weather. Trader Joes and Starbucks are near by as well as Target in case you forget any essentials at home.

Perfect private little get away from LA. The backyard pool/spa and BBQ is everything you could want.

Our stay was so peaceful- the back yard and pool was like an oasis! The outdoor and indoor space was very thoughtfully designed and provided great ambience for relaxing, grilling, and being poolside! This BnB is a 40-60 min drive from Joshua Tree and it is an easy drive. Thanks Emre!

A comfortable staycation. The high desert always brings my family and I joy and this house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, roomy and scenic. The backyard is literally the mountains, which makes the pool so much more enjoyable, it was just the perfect space. The stargazing at night is always memorable too especially when the outdoor furniture is nice and comfortable. We will definitely be recommending.

Amazing spot in the middle of the desert. Super peaceful, amazing views, and the sunset is just unreal. The place is clean, well-designed, and has everything you need — pool, jacuzzi, even a bed under the stars. Quick and easy communication with the host, really kind and thoughtful people. Comfortable, clean, cozy, and courteous. Besides that the location was supreme, the backyard was just as described in description/picture. The only down would be I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking a quiet midnight swim as there are signs in which backyard amenities are not to be used after 10 PM, as if there was a curfew. Besides that the inside of the unit was extremely comfortable and ready to host a group of guest who want to be comfortable.

My wife and I wanted a quick get-away where we can soak in a tub and indulge while taking in some peaceful scenery, and this was exactly what we were looking for. Check in was quick and easy and just as the instructions described. Getting into the unit was easy as well and the double sliding doors was absolutely amazing to have for the view. Pots, pans and mostly everything you’d need to run a kitchen is available. Macayla and Jon provided local coffee and wine along with a list of local restaurants, great surprise that we weren’t expecting but follows the theme of the unit as well. Great attention to detail and has everything you need. Perfect stay for us with nothing but positive things to say. My wife and I discussed it and we’ll absolutely be back. 10/10

Absolutely beautiful cabin in Idyllwild, the furnishings and decor were so cool, the bathrooms were modern with lovely showers, kitchen was well stocked and the deck was such a lovely place to enjoy a drink in the evenings. Would absolutely stay here again! 20 minute walk into town with some restaurants even closer, parking in the drive was easy and close to beautiful trails. Thanks so much for an unforgettable stay!

Hannah was a great host that did absolute best to accommodate us and make sure we feel welcomed at the house. She was quick in responding and resolving minor issues immediately. Definetly worth the price, especially we were looking for private short getaway on the budget. I am positive that we will rent the place again. thank you Hannah for hosting us ❤️

If you are looking for a place to enjoy this is the place. It was beautiful, the house had everything you might need and more. Beautiful scenery pond with ducks.. covered deck.. great grill! We will come back!

My husband and I go up to Joshua Tree quite often, as he loves to shoot astrophotography. We have staid at many rentals, but we particularly loved Ryan's home. I was all the things- beautiful, very nice/high end furnishings/finishes including the dishes, towels, beds, etc.. The house was very clean, quiet, cozy, and the outside area was also really well done. I often complain to my husband that the yard and pool areas are not finished at some of these rentals but Ryan took the time to really make his home a truly spectacular get away! I even asked him where he bought some of the wood furnishings, becuase I just love the feeling of bringing the outside in. The space felt as if someone was giving you a BIG super comforting hug! Now for Ryan himself, he’s the most responsive, thoughtful and kind person, often your dealing with a rental company and they are simply worker bee’s, but Ryan makes you feel like you have been staying at a friends Airbnb he's really great! TY Ryan!!
