A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Casa Oliva - the finest we have built! The house is centrally located in Mölndal, in a quiet residential area, close to Gothenburg. Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Welcome to the house's charming upper floor, where you arrive via a private entrance. The house has recently undergone an extensive renovation in a period style. This home is in the Kungsladugård, Majorna area. The park Slottsskogen is just nearby and in a few minutes you can reach Mariaplan where there are bars, restaurants and shops. It takes 15 minutes by tram to central Gothenburg. There are several grocery stores just a few blocks away.
