Beachfront holiday rentals in Slovene Riviera

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

This is our 3rd time staying with Jasna & Vlado and are very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is within 4 minutes walking distance, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very central, everything is within walking distance. Viktorija welcomed us very warmly and was available at all times. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful location at the end of the building with a private garden space and staircase to the beach. Best location in the complex for me as I recovered from a cycling accident in Slovenia. Quiet and private. A bit hard to find in the dark. Not the owner’s fault. Inexplicably the buildings and condominiums are not labeled or numbered making navigation difficult. Would stay here again and give it 2 thumbs up!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Ivo was extremely helpful and responsive and met us in town when we arrived. Incredible location and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend.

We loved the apartment, how clean it was upon arrival and its proximity to the ocean. Lovrečica is a nice village and Donald a very good host. Recommend!

Bruna was a very kind and accommodating host who was helpful both on site and via messages. The apartment has everything you need for a stay, even for longer trips. The best part of the property: the view of the harbor and sea as well as the super central location! On top: Directly under the house is a garage, where you can park cheaply at short notice, in the long term via Easyparking a few meters away. Koper is the ideal starting point for many excursions (Piran, Portoroz, Trieste,...), also Koper itself is very nice, with many cafes, beautiful places and great history!

Villa Elizabeth was wonderful. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the lovely garden, the pool, the bikes and scooters. A big 10! We will definitely come back!

Great apartment, quiet location, great pool area. In total, we stayed with Klaudia for 4 nights, we liked the apartment very much, new amenities and everything you needed was there. Klaudia gave us many great tips for the area.

Beautiful accommodation much more beautiful than in the photos, very equipped large kitchen, the house has all the comforts possible, TV in the living room with Netflix, TV in the rooms, coffee machine with attached pods, pool towels, courtesy set in the bathroom and much more. Spela and her husband are incredibly warm hosts. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed and provided with great tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. The accommodation is a Mediterranean dream! Super stylish, modern, very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet and ideal for relaxing. Our highlights were of course also the sea right in front of the door, the private pool, the sports field and the beautiful nature all around. Even with two cars, parking was not a problem, there were always free spaces available directly in front of the house. Everything was as described and even better! Thank you for the warm welcome, the loving greeting, your help and your understanding with our little mishap, which we were able to solve quickly and easily. We'd love to come back! 🫶

There were 9 of us in this house. The rooms are tidy and clean. The furnishings are a little older but sufficient. The property is very large and well maintained as well as the pool. The caretaker on the other side takes care of it. The owner is super friendly and quick to reach. In the village next to it is a small supermarket, larger ones are about 20-30 min away.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

Sandro and Kristina welcomed us very well. Accommodation was very clean/as in the photos and in a good location. The beach was about 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back :)

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

A pretty little apartment just a few steps from the sea, perfect for swimming. I felt very comfortable and even spontaneously extended by 3 days. Before my arrival, I received a lot of information from the hosts, with further questions Andreja always responded quickly. Everything perfect!

The accommodation was great and had the perfect location. Right on the water, so you really don't have to worry about anything. Suzana welcomed us very kindly and made sure that we lacked nothing. The city is also very beautiful with some really good restaurants. We will be happy to come again!
