Simple apartment inside a beautiful garden with very warmly hosts.

We spent 5 wonderful days in Rovinj. The apartment was super clean, nothing was missing and it was even more beautiful than in the pictures. The terrace is huge, and there are 2 more balconies. A covered parking space is available directly in front of the house. The landlords, Daniela and her husband, are very kind and warm but always discreet. We were spoiled with bargains and delicious Croatian pancakes. The beach is within a 10-minute walk. It is a wonderful place to go for a walk. Turn left to the campsite and right along the beach to the old town (about 40 minutes). Walking along the street, you can reach the old town in 25 minutes. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back.

Everything was perfekt, very clean, you get the same quality what you see on the pictures. I reconmend this apartman.

The apartment was tip-top. Very tidy. Most beautiful location overlooking the old bale. Communication with the hosts is very easy In the apartment itself, everything you need is available. Unfortunately, the mattress is a bit through.

We were received in a very friendly manner and were shown the well-equipped apartment. The pool was especially great for the kids. You can do a lot in the area, the routes to Slovenia are also quite short. Thus, you have some opportunities for excursions.

Very pleased with the apartment. All expectations were fully met. The place was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace, as well as the covered terrace where we could spend time and cook on the grill without getting cold in the evening. I’d also like to mention that the apartment is perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to all the entertainment, with the added bonus of charming streets along the way. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Hope to come back here again!

If there were a prize for this year's host, Fides would be a highly relevant candidate. Fides and her cute little dog Luna are so nice, and do everything they can to make sure you have a nice time at her place. The apartments are just as promised in the advertisements - her incredible hospitality is included. She gave us many useful tips during the week we were there - and she even served her own homemade pastries. We often travel to this area, and usually stay at one of the finer hotels in Rabac. After a fantastic week at Fides, we will probably book with her instead in the future. A stay at Fides is definitely recommended.

Janos and Nena were great hosts, everything was in very good shape and all the appliances worked well. They responded all our questions without delay and helped with understanding the area.

Great apartment with everything you need as a family of 4. Thought of everything. Super large pool. Everything top clean. To the shopping center 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot (Lidl, Kaufland, Hervis Sport, New Yorker,…..). Center Porec and beach approx. 3 km.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at this charming apartment in the heart of Rovinj's old town. The location couldn't be better—situated near the centre and just a short stroll away from numerous restaurants, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and charm. The apartment itself is cozy and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally hospitable and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Being in the old town, the apartment is surrounded by picturesque cobblestone streets and historic architecture, providing a truly authentic Rovinj experience. Whether you’re looking to explore the local culture or simply relax and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, this apartment is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rovinj!

Marija is a wonderful grandmother who treated us with so much love as if we were her own grandchildren. Every morning, she greeted her with fresh, delicious homemade cake or pancakes, and she put her heart into it. Regarding the area, we are repeat guests, however our first time staying in Martina. The apartment, the location, the view are amazing, but the person of Marija makes it really special. Despite the language barriers, we could have understood each other, if we could understand Horvà, or maybe German, we could have talked for hours. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, comfortable, with a nice view of the sea from the terrace. We can't wait to get you back to Maria next year.❤️

Absolutely loved the place and the host. The garden and the view are incredible. Verica was extremely friendly and flexible when it came to check-in. Can't wait to visit again.

We liked the apartment and enjoyed it. The neighbourhood is a quit one and it’s also close to the old town!

The family home is located above the Izola region. The cute harbor town of Izola can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. From the shared terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. The studio matched the photos. Everything is clean and well and appropriately furnished. There is a possibility to take care of yourself. Wine and olive groves stretch around the house, which invite you to hike and walk. The spot is certainly well suited for discerning cyclists. Activities are great to start with your car from there. The location is quiet and calm. My dog and I felt very comfortable. Thanks again to Klavdija and Domen. We would come back! Small note: When entering the address provided, Google Maps led me in the wrong direction. Better is to go to Izola city first and enter the exact location of the property there

I had a great time - nice location the host was attentive and the place was clean and handy. I recommend it. Mosquitos in August can be a problem - mosquitos nets on the windows could be a great improvement

Very peaceful place and a nice host. The host was very responsive and helpful, and she tried to accommodate us as much as she could further from what she already listed on the properties.

A nice place right in the heart of old town. Check in wad very east and not time sensitive. Only downside is the locks are old and can be challenging to lock/unlock.

Beautiful stay and everything within walking distance. The parking situation is a bit difficult, but the property can't do anything about it. But plan that:)

This location is a dream. We were allowed to spend 3 weeks here and felt at home. A good start to explore the area, you have the sea in view or just stay by the pool. Just as you like. A car is a lot of who. Thank you for the wonderful time, also to your parents. I would book again in a heartbeat. It's not for nothing that a few tears were shed on the way down.

Mladen and his family made us feel very welcome with local recommendations, an amazing breakfast and beach suggestions. The apartment had a spectacular view and we enjoyed the hot tub as well as local beaches with crystal clear turquoise waters and amazing local restaurants.

The accommodation near Rijeka is great, generously equipped with everything you need. The city of Rijeka and also other destinations in the area (such as Opatija) are within easy reach by car. But you can also take the bus, the stop is not too far away. It's also great that you have a parking space right in front of the house. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view. Unfortunately, the A7 is in the immediate vicinity.
