We felt very comfortable with the 3 generations family! The house is very well maintained and nicely decorated. We had a home feeling. Thank you!

We had a very good stay Everything (and more) was present in the cottage. Great to stay there with 2 families. Recommended. Sometimes there was an annoying smell in the garden, presumably due to the chickens that stayed nearby.

Such a comfortable, charming home with beautiful surroundings and garden. the perfect place if you have kids - a fun children's bedroom and lots of toys and things to do. would highly recommend and hope we can return, so much still to explore in the area!

Beautiful home on a well-maintained plot. The area is beautiful, beach close by and excellent cycling routes.

We felt right at home in Carina's apartment. The kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped, so that nothing is left to be desired. There are also various games for all ages. We especially liked the immediate proximity to the beach, the garden and the playground in front of the door. If there were any questions, Carina always got back to us promptly and was able to help! We hope to come back sometime ... Thank you!

Beautiful place in a peaceful environment.

Very good communication with the friendly owner. Extensive information brochure received in advance, very detailed and clear. Great flexibility with arrival and departure times, which was very convenient with a 2-year-old twin. Huge, well-equipped house in all areas, also everything to live outside in nice weather. Plenty of space outside and equipped with a good BBQ and fire bowl with wood. Beautifully enclosed domain in the middle of the countryside and with a connecting path in the forest to a large creek. Ideal location, very close to the beach. Had a super stay, thanks.

The Zuin environment is just amazing. The views are awesome. The building seen from the outside is not super beautiful but inside everything is tastefully decorated. The building may be a little old but the apartment is quite functional and met our expectations. Very quiet apartment. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice apartment next to the sea. Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Swimming pool and sauna right in the house were great. Highly recommended!

We spent two wonderful nights at Monica's, the three of us. Upon our arrival, she greeted us with great warmth and kindness that immediately put us at ease. She explained everything very clearly, in excellent French, and she remained available at all times to answer our questions. We felt like we were at a family member's house, it was really nice. The environment is quiet and relaxing, and the apartment perfectly matches the description. A big thank you to Monica for this great stay! Great!

Nice space, well thought out and effectively arranged, with an eye for necessary details (such as hooks for your towels) and aesthetic details (such as the niches in the wall). The red cat also came to greet us in a friendly way without imposing itself.

Our stay in Breskens was fantastic, which was due to the great apartment and the warm hospitality of Ann. The location of the apartment is unbeatable: direct views of the beach, sea and harbor – simply magnificent! The apartment is very nice and well maintained. It is also an ideal starting point for walks along the coast and beautiful bike rides in the area. We can recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Breskens. A modern, clean, and well-equipped place in an outstanding location—just a 1-minute walk to the beach and only 3 minutes to the town center. The garden with a trampoline was a real highlight for the kids. Communication with the host was smooth and accommodating. We would definitely love to stay here again!

The apartment was beautifully and tastefully furnished, nothing was missing, on the contrary there were various items from Rituals, bath additives and more. The view from the terrace over the Scheldt estuary was magnificent, there were always ships to admire, most of them on their way to Antwerp or the North Sea. What we had not read from the advertisement was that the apartment is located in a large high-rise complex. On the other hand, this had the advantage that we could park our bikes in the underground garage.

I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the region—it’s the kind of place you instantly feel at home in.

The apartment was even more beautiful than we had expected. What a warm welcome. Super neat and very attractively decorated. Everything you could think of was present. The view was truly amazing. Despite the bad weather, we had a great time and from there Made many excursions. Also Breskens is very cozy. The communication was very spontaneous and Maarten responds immediately, super nice. It was a beautiful accommodation with plenty of space for 6 people. It looked neat and the view was fantastic. We only missed a door between the 2 additional bedrooms due to privacy and noise. In addition, the baking room also had no door there. There were 3 of us so why it was a bit inconvenient Furthermore, definitely recommended, also the contact with the hostess was quick and friendly. Beautiful apartment in a great location.

We (retired couple) had booked the apartment for a short trip. A long weekend from Thursday to Monday. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the flowers were beautifully arranged. We did not need the upper bedroom, which can be reached via a ladder. Communication with Manyee was absolutely smooth. We were warmly welcomed by the son-in-law, who showed us the apartment and gave us valuable tips for the area. Manyee personally gave us an extremely friendly farewell. Both check-in and check-out went completely smoothly. Manyee was extremely flexible and accommodating. We would book the accommodation again at any time and will definitely contact them the next time we visit Zeeland.

We were allowed to stay 6 nights and were very comfortable there. The apartment is quietly located on a side street, but still close to the beach and the promenade, where there are shops and restaurants. You could park for free in the street. The apartment was cozily furnished and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was also of great use. There was TV, a Playstation as well as board games and in particular the sparkle horn game appealed to our daughter. The apartment is also very child-friendly and even with smaller children you can live there superbly. The communication with Lars was quick and hassle-free, so we felt well taken care of. We are enthusiastic and can only recommend Lars and Imme's apartment.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and exactly as described. The sea view was fantastic - waking up every morning with this view was a highlight. The check-in was completely uncomplicated and stress-free. There were no defects, everything was in perfect condition. I would come back anytime and highly recommend it!
