Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Smallingerland

Spacious house, neat and easily accessible. In principle, everything you can think of is there. The owners also live there a few days a month, which makes them also have their belongings there, but in no way is that an annoyance or a downside in any way. Practically around the corner you have shops (from AH to Kruidvat) and you are also in the center of Leeuwarden in no time to shop. Contact is easy and fast. Very friendly and thoughtful in possibilities/wishes.

A fantastic vacation home with incredibly warm landlords. We had a wonderful time with 2 toddlers, 4 adults and our senior dog. Super equipped kitchen, cozy living room, comfortable beds and a great terrace let you spend a wonderful vacation. Many beautiful experiences are possible around Grou, for people of all ages. But the best thing was the unconditional willingness to help when we were stranded because unfortunately the car key ended up in the trunk, the car locked! Everything in it! And we now had to drive to Germany with car 2 to get a spare key… Thank you Auke & Marie Christine that we were allowed to wait safely with you 🙏

We had a wonderful stay in Marc's apartment, which is modern and tastefully decorated. Everything was very clean and we felt comfortable in all rooms. We found it very convenient to have a safe parking space right in front of the house. Also great: Bakery and supermarket are within walking distance in 10 minutes. There are many excursion possibilities around Sneek, especially the smaller towns, such as Workum, have their own charm and are worthwhile destinations. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice location in a quiet village. Leeuwarden is within cycling distance and easy to get to other cities by car. You can charge an electric car at the house: very easy because there are not many other charging points in the village. House is neatly decorated, spacious and looks quite new. Recommended!

Very nice accommodation with many possibilities in the area. We were there with a dog and hiked. Great experiences in nature reserves Alde Faenen. Could have also bathed, there is an access to the water not far away. We also had permission to use the tennis court. We loved the peace, without a TV. Had a great time. We had beautiful weather, but the hot tub was still nice, especially for the kids. Close to the water and a lot to do nearby for those looking for.

Nice and cozy house with a farm-like atmosphere. We definitely felt at home. It has a very nice large garden. The neighbors' horses were running around on the lawn opposite the garden. So we had a good view of the beautiful horses. The house has stylish furniture and the smoke is nice throughout the stay. The coffee was delicious! Everything was clean. The beds were nice. The house is close to an industrial estate, so trucks drive past early in the morning, but with the window closed, we had little trouble! The recycling around the corner is nice and Leek is also a very cozy village further on. It is close to Groningen. This cottage is definitely recommended!

What a nice stay we had! Super friendly people. Beautiful place and very central location. We were with 2 young children and this was very easy to do! Certainly subject to repetition! Who knows, maybe next year!😉

Goasse is a nice host, easy to communicate with. The kitchen with seating area is well equipped. At the table you have a fantastic view over the countryside. For the colder nights, there is even a small heater to make it even more pleasant. The neat spacious bathroom is between the kitchen and the bedroom. The bedroom has a very good bed, this is the nicest I slept on in an airb&B.

We stayed in Hindeloopen during a weekend trip and booked a room with Sharino. The amenities were great, everything you needed was available and also super clean. We were also provided with a baby cot on request. Sharino was always easily accessible and gave us a detailed description of how to reach the apartment. Although it was in the attic it was superbly insulated, we did not notice anything from the heat. We're already considering whether we'll book next year. Although it is minimally located outside, you can still reach the harbor in five minutes by car. It's incredibly quiet for that.

Great place to stay, nice beds and furniture, fully equipped kitchen. Jan was very helpful and responsive. Only thing to take into account is payed parking in Harlingen (€10 for a day pass on nearby parking lot)

We spent 4 nights at this place, and absolutely loved it! The location is in the country along a canal. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. What a gem! I highly recommended this place to others!

Beautiful beautiful place with so much green! The veldhuisje was absolutely wonderful and super cozy. The animals are all super cute and the area is really gorgeous. Got good recommendations for place to eat and a nice hike close by and it was definitely worth it! Would book again!

We stayed in a lovely old caravan from 1949 with special carvings and engraved windows. There was a good wood-burning stove and ample wood to burn. When the sun was shining, the car automatically got nice and warm. We enjoyed the garden, the birds and the natural surroundings. Aagje was a very friendly host.

Excellent stay that allowed us to discover the region by bike. The weather was not great and we could not enjoy the very nice patio and garden. Jikke and Jan are very welcoming, attentive to ensuring our comfort and very responsive to any questions. Thank you!

We enjoyed Kirsten's cottage. We had booked the cottage for our Honeymoon, and it really is a romantic place. It is wonderfully quiet, you can enjoy the birds and sounds of the forest. The house has all the amenities and nicely decorated. The conservatory was very cozy, with the fireplace, really a nice place. We made good use of the spa: sauna, outdoor shower and hot tub. Dobbering and drinks in the hot tub was a favorite. And the bed slept really wonderfully, how nice that is! Norg is in a beautiful area. Easily accessible with the bikes you can use at the cottage. The contact with Kirsten went very well, she responds immediately when you have a question. She had arranged a sweet welcome package for us. We enjoyed it and would love to come back.

We enjoyed the clean, complete, nicely decorated green cottage. It's great that there are many necessities in the kitchen. Bedding and towels are also provided. Nienke gives advice and responds quickly to all questions. It was nice to see your new project.
