Vedøya. Nice and quiet place

Relax with the whole family on this wonderful and peaceful island. Here you get close to nature. No running water and electricity, but there is a well with water and solar power system. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and an outdoor toilet. When using hot water in the shower, it must be heated. There is parking for cars at the marina. We can help with transport to the island, but there is also the possibility to rent a boat for NOK 650 per day. The boat is a Kaasbøll 17 with a 50 hp Yamaha. It has plenty of room for 4 people.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

My cottage is located in a beautiful area ideal for spectacular hiking, skiing, fishing(there is a small (tiny) boat available), kayaking, SUP-boarding, yoga and all kinds of recreational activities. I also have a new wood fired sauna available right at the beach. Please do not hesitate to contact me for booking larger groups than 6: I have a guest house (boathouse) with room for 4 additional persons. Kitchen, Bathroom with bathtub, Living room, Dining room, Hallway and "laundry room" with washing machine and dryer. The house consists of 2 floors with bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Note: the house is from 1900 and the ceiling height is lower than the standard height.

Gammelbua on Stavøy

It's origins hidden in the unknown of history, this compact and cozy cabin was purposed as a post office and general store from the 1870s. Several details from this era have been kept, like its' original timber walls and ceiling. The cabin is on our beautiful Island of Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing. If you are lucky, you might even be a part of the traditional wild salmon fishing every summer. Welcome!
