Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Soča

Everything was great!! Very lovingly furnished and superbly equipped!

The stay at Tina and Igors house was wonderful! The house is even nicer then in the description and pictures. Two saunas, a whirlpool, the outdoor kitchen... And everything is top notch and up to date, e.g. the kitchen is really well supplied and you have everything you could need. We really enjoyed our time there and the communication was always super easy and friendly. We definitely want to return and also recommend it to everyone.

What a peaceful place! Stefania, Lamberto and dog Morris are wonderful. Everything comes from the heart. They were available and helpful. Cozy rooms, a full equipped kitchen and quiet in the night. We had space in the courtyard and the garden. In this place you can relax! Taste their own delicious organic olive oil! One of the best stays we ever had (and we've travelled a lot). Thank you and all the best for you!

Host was super nice and helpful. The place was absolutely spotless down to every corner of the house, not a corn of dust in sight. Also it’s nice that the kitchen has all essentials already available so it was a very functional kitchen as well.

We loved our stay! The home was just as shown, and we were very comfortable. The walk down to the river is not very difficult. If you go across the bridge, you can keep walking up to the church you can see from the patio. We already miss the patio and its view! The home is also ideally located for taking in Soca Valley. Glad we chose to stay here!

Ziga, Urska and their dad were such gracious and kind hosts. everything in the house was perfect, easy bus ride to the town centre, the garden is beautiful to just relax and read if that is what you would like to do and the house is very comfortable and convenient. Ziga's dad is a nature enthusiast and gave us great recommendations for hikes in and around Ljubljana.

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We were sorry we couldn't stay there longer. Beautiful views and wonderful walks. Nice that you can also just walk to the village, supermarket, eat cake or eat at the hotel opposite. I had also booked a massage myself and that was wonderful. We will definitely come back to further discover this interesting region.

Tanja and Hakon's house seems to have been restored with a lot of love and attention to detail. The tranquility (only the birds organize whole concerts :) ) and seclusion was wonderful for us, at the same time we were in 20 min. in the next village with café and Soca access. Everything in the house was super clean and tidy, tasteful and at the same time not too much clutter. We and our dog felt very comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality!

This place was a haven in the city! It is so convenient to everything, but quiet and peaceful. It was wonderfully furnished, and the host has thought of everything you need! I highly recommend this place!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, the amenities were good. Also the location was great. Every now and then the neighbors were a little loud in the morning, the walls are relatively thin, but otherwise it is pleasantly quiet.

The apartment is small and nice and offers everything needed for a few days stay. Good location in Kobarid, with restaurants and supermarket nearby. From here, you can easily take excursions to the Soča. Easy check-in and in the apartment there was good information about the region.

We had a fab stay at Sara’s apartment. Sara is an amazing host. She met us at the apartment, gave us so many amazing tips on places to eat and visit. She even helped us with plans for our onward journey! The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the main town but still peaceful and quiet in the evenings. The WiFi did not work that well, but we did not need it whilst we were there as we were so busy enjoying the amazing surroundings! There is also no sofa or seating aside from the table/chairs and the wicker lounge chair. But, that did not spoil our stay.

We had a fantastic stay with Katja and Boris. The apartment is on the ground floor with stairs (3 steps) on a main road through the village. Very quiet! We felt very comfortable. If anything was needed, it was taken care of right away. They give good tips to explore the area and they are also interested in their guests. The area around the apartment is beautiful. The train station and bus stop are 100 meters away. You can also reach anywhere in the area with the bike. We could store our bikes inside in the shed. Bled is less than 10 minutes by car, very touristy. You will find several supermarkets there. More choice in Lesce is about 15 minutes away. By the way, we ate very well at the restaurant Gostilna Batist Tomas Zupan 100 meters away. There is an outdoor bistro set with large umbrella and 2 beach chairs. Personally, we would have preferred some comfortable chairs, but we would love to come back to Katja and Boris!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

We only dealt with Stjepan, Suzana's husband. Stjepan is a fantastic, warm, friendly man, a top! host. Every day we met when he was cleaning the pool. Always a chat, he speaks and understands English well We recommend this place! Everything is present ! Jacuzzi , very nice with view over the town, you feel like king and queen ! We had such a nice time! Felt like home! Apartment was very clean & we had everything we needed! We also loved the yard & sitting outside (stunning views while drinking morning coffee)! Definitely would recommend staying there! Such a peaceful location and so close to Bled!

We had a few nice days in Bovec. The room was very clean and is equipped with everything you need. The sunny terrace is particularly beautiful. Robi was very easy to reach and gave us many helpful tips for hikes and restaurants. The landscape is indescribably beautiful! We didn't manage to do everything and would love to come back :)

Excellent place to stay in Ljubljana. Close to everything. Fantastic restaurants right at the door (literally!)….. Tara was fabulous and very attentive and responsive. We had a small issue, which she sorted out as soon as possible. Can’t say how GREAT this location is for travellers. 15min (easy) walk from bus station and then everything is walkable from the apartment.

Stayed at Ivy’s apartment with my husband for 4 nights. Beautiful & tastefully decorated apartment with all amenities. Great location with designated parking! Ivy had given clear instructions about everything plus she gave recommendations which were really great. Totally comfortable stay and I highly recommend her apartment. I will definitely choose this apartment if I come to Ljubljana again! Thanks Ivy for being such a great host!

We loved our stay at Marusa’s beautiful home. The ideal location for travelling around the Slovenia. Quick drive to Bled, Lake Bohinj and the surrounding areas. 10 minute walk into the beautiful town of Radovljica. Marusa and her family were lovely hosts, very responsive to our messages and made us feel at home. Apartment was very clean and functional. Would recommend to anyone travelling around Slovenia.

Goran took such great care of our well-being and was still reserved.

This place exceeded all our expectations. It was absolutely spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well every night. The outdoor area and garden were peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal: just 10 minutes from Lake Bled, 20 minutes from Lake Bohinj, and 25 minutes from Triglav National Park. It’s a great base for exploring the natural beauty of the region. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Marija. She was warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond—offering tips, personalized itineraries, and tons of local insight. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip so much better than we ever imagined. Highly, highly recommend this gem—we can’t wait to come back!
