Its situated in the trendy district of Stockholm, Södermalm, close to everything, with lots of nice restaurants, cafeés, pubs and shops close by. Also the subway and many buses are right outside the house. Suitable for couples, small families, possible to put in an extra bed for two couples with one bed room each.

Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

A cozy writer's studio under the roof on a calm street next to Stockholms biggest park Gärdet and the vast recreational area Djurgården. Great communications with buses leaving from the block every 10 minutes and only two blocks from the nearest underground station.
