A steep staircase leads up to two small rooms and a toilet in the loft above our storage room/carpenter's shop (shower at the entrance). Fridge and water boiler available. Bed linen and towels are not included (available for rent SEK 100/guest). The guest cleans and throws away garbage after themselves. Pets allowed. Check yourself in with the lockbox. Check-in from 4:00 p.m. Check-out before 11:00 am

We live on a headland with water around us. Above our double garage, we have an apartment with all the amenities. Have access to your own dock with swimming. There are nice bike paths, and hiking areas in the forest and in the nearby area. Forests with mushrooms and berries. Most of your needs such as several grocery stores (ICA, COOP and LIDL), pharmacies, liquor stores and pizzerias are within a 2 km radius. Good bus connections to the city center. About 1 km to the bus stop. Close to golf clubs. Some restaurants within a 2 km radius.

The area has many excursion opportunities such as Liseberg, Universeum, the Textile Museum and nice tours in the Gothenburg archipelago. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Keep it simple at this peaceful and somewhat centrally-located well appointed cozy studio apartment where you also will enjoy the private outdoor patio. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️
