It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

We had an amazing time at this property. Caretakers Manoj & Pramod were always at our service whenever we needed them. The property itself is beautiful & definitely one where you’d want to come back. We spent a lot of time at the villa, which tells you how much at home we felt here. Kudos to everyone involved. Loved it!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Villa was nice.. We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Assagao. Nestled in a quiet, lush neighborhood, the property perfectly blends Goan charm with modern comforts. We were a group of over 20 people who stayed at Elysium Gateway, and the property was exactly as described. The interiors were thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. I’d especially like to commend the house staff - they kept the place spotless, prepared delicious meals (honestly better than most restaurants we tried), and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The owner and manager were very responsive and even helped us with contacts for tempo travellers. Overall, I strongly recommend this place!

The place is located at the great location, very near to main attractions, I had a really good time with my family at the villa, staff there was so supportive with everything. The best part was 24/7 caretaker . If you are looking for a place to stay with big group just go book it . It’s worth every penny

Jay and his partner are truly amazing hosts. They were very accommodating, helpful in all regards and are great people overall. The place was packed with all necessities and some, pretty much anything you would need for the stay. The stairs to the terrace were pretty steep and mosquitoes did like to bite but the view from the terrace was great. One thing to point out was that there is little to no natural sunlight coming into the room from outside and the room with lights off was pitch black, so sleep was always deep and mornings were always slow. Would recommend the stay for the amazing location and awesome hosts ;)

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. The hosts were extremely responsive and made sure everything was smooth right from check-in to check-out. We fell in love with this property. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Everything was well kept and labelled. All the necessary toiletries were provided. The place was absolutely clean. The caretaker Badal was one of the sweetest and the kindest caretaker I have come across. He was very responsive and took care of our needs. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and we will keep coming back whenever we are Goa!

The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed by the supervisor, Rabin, who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The villa itself was beautiful—spacious, well-maintained, and tastefully designed. The private pool was a highlight—surprisingly large and perfect for a group our size. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, were the caretakers, Nitya and Uttam. Their service and hospitality were on another level. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and their kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway. We’d definitely love to come back!

We had an amazing 2-day stay at this beautiful property. The private pool was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quiet time. The location was excellent—everything we needed was nearby, yet the place felt peaceful and secluded, offering just the right amount of privacy. Just got back today and couldn’t resist reviewing the place. The villa felt like home. Everything from the interior to the front and back yard to the terrace space was incredible. The hosts were super kind and helpful. It was our home for 5 days and we loved every second of it. Even though it was raining heavily and we couldn’t do much, we totally loved spending time relaxing in the villa and the pool. Will definitely stay here when I visit Goa again.

Jeetender's place was exactly as described, if not better in person. Has an extremely cozy old Goa vibe to it, with a beautiful back patio to just hang out and chill. There's even a full kitchen for all your cooking needs. We were a group of 6 friends visiting with our pet, and there's a couple of super friendly dogs who visit the house at that time. Beaches and cafes are anywhere between 10-20 minutes away provided you have transportation. 5/5, would definitely love to visit again!
