House holiday rentals in Sodus Point

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

Neil's place was the perfect spot for a family reunion. The house was located within walking distance of local restaurants and shops (or a very short drive) and had a nature walking trail just down the street. Neil clearly put great care into making the home comfortable for guests. It was well stocked and appointed. When we cooked dinner our last evening, there were sufficient plates and cooking supplies - a peeler, wine opener, etc. When it rained, we enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the large dining table with a sufficient number of chairs (lots of cards games). There were plenty of rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. The washer and dryer worked great and he provided the detergent. Will definitely be looking to book Neil's place in the future!

We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy a weekend with friends while we attended an outdoor concert at Wayne County Fairgrounds. This definitely hit the mark! Four adults and dog were very comfortable. Spacious bedrooms, great kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out, and comfortable house overall. Even saw two deer and a fox in the backyard one night! Highly recommend because Kenneth was more than accommodating.

Great summer getaway! Beautiful pool and hot tub which the girls loved. The boys on the other hand loved being right on the water and able to fish right off the dock. The house was beautiful, comfortable rooms and a huge kitchen. Plenty of outdoor space and seating. Also loved the fire pit. Mike was an excellent host and very responsive to questions!

We stayed here for my daughters near-by wedding. It was great to have a place big enough for my family to be together and enjoy the weekend. This is an exceptional property!! The hosts were gracious and wonderful. I booked this long before it was done. ...a bit on a wing and a prayer for what they had hoped to do..... There was no disappointment. The place is very nice. (That is an understatement). Well stocked. Everything you need and so much more!!! The barn was a huge hit. My 5 year old grandson summed it up when he first walked into the upstairs "bonus" room. He turned to his 3 year old brother and exclaimed "(brother's name) ...we've hit the jackpot!" The host has several other properties which I am sure are all as nice....I wouldn't hesitate to check those out if you are traveling elsewhere. But, if you are going to be in the area, do treat yourself and your fellow guests and do stay here.

This is my families second stay at Bree’s beautiful home for the Christmas week. The family gathers from all different cities and such a perfect spot to come together ! Cozy and spacious , kitchen is well supplied and the views are spectacular. We were so happy to have a white Christmas this year and 6 fox sightings in the yard!! Highly recommend!! Haven’t stayed for the summer season but I can imagine with the pool and hot tub and lake use opportunities it would amazing. Thanks again Tom

We were there for our granddaughters graduation from RIT. Casey's home was ideal and she went out of her way to be flexible and welcoming. An excellent host. Thank you.

Elizabeth's home is beautiful. She had snacks and fruit amd water available for us. Her inatructions were clear. Her home is so comfortable and cozy with lots of books, games, movies etc. I would not change anything. I highly recommend Elizabeth's home!! Her messages were friendly and she provided detailed information about the house and the area. I hope we can stay in her home again when we are in the area.

This little gem was a perfect little getaway for 6 of us to stay! Right on the water, beautiful home, perfect amount of space for 6 adults. House was clean, beds were comfy. If I ever visit upstate New York again I would surly stay at Michelle’s home again!

By far one of the cutest and best Airbnb’s that we have stayed in!! House was built in 1860 and has been meticulously restored! Beautiful orchards surrounding the property. No neighbors within sight. Absolutely peace and quiet. House had freezing air conditioning and also had top notch baseboard heaters (if needed). Very well decorated! There were 12 people in our group (ages 18 to 82) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The closest grocery store is about 15-ish min away. Beautiful countryside! For families visiting Palmyra, this house is def worth the drive just to enjoy continued peace and quiet. @Ben, if you ever are interested in selling this house please call me! I would LOVE to retire and live here! There is not one negative thing I can say about this Airbnb or the host. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your amazing home!🥰

What can I say? The Hilltop Chalet was beautiful! It was private, clean and had everything you could dream of. David and Karen had the best tips and we very responsive. So close to Canandaigua and Naples. Will definitely be back!

We booked the space last minute and we were lucky to find it. The space was great and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Daffodil Hill and would definitely recommend to others to come and stay. The location is great and allowed us to plan our Finger Lakes vacation perfectly. The house was clean and welcoming and check in was very easy. Complimentary kayaks are an added bonus!

This AirBnb was very good. Immaculately clean; good location; good communication with owner; easy in, easy out. Compared to other places we have stayed in Sodus Point, though, it is a bit high in price based on the size (only one shower), but not too far off (maybe $50/night?). Overall, everything was great -- would stay here again!

We had a wonderful three-night stay at this beautiful lake house in Sea breeze. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of Lake Ontario — especially from the spacious wraparound deck, where we spent mornings with coffee and evenings enjoying the sunset. The deck was perfect for both relaxing and entertaining, with panoramic views that made every moment feel special. Inside, the large, open kitchen with windows facing the lake made cooking and dining a pleasure. The home was spotless and well-maintained, with two very comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom featuring a large, luxurious shower. The living room was cozy and bright, with a large tv. Our host Kristin was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in and communication seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at Timothy’s place with several friends for a wedding. He was extremely accommodating and responsive to our questions, including letting us check in early and check out late. We had a toddler and a baby and the house had a pack n play and other items that we needed for the children. It was very clean and well-stocked and had everything we needed for the weekend and more!

Absolutely loved staying here. It’s a good place to wind down and get away from the world and enjoy nature. It was very clean and spacious. The owners were very friendly and communicated very well. Highly recommended this place!!

I had an amazing stay at the Bird’s Nest House in Wolcott, NY! The property is beautifully nestled in a serene, nature-filled area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for local activities and dining. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful views from the porch and the peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and recharge in nature!

Everything was perfect. Immaculate. Glad they got A/C installed. Cafe/Bar across street was good food and fun with pool tables. Convenient to Syracuse and Oswego. Great restaurants in all three places. Mimi’s in Fulton has best breakfast. Cinnamon bread, toast, and waffles were my favorite! Thank you Jessica and Dennise for your hospitality. My husband and I were just looking for a nice place to get away for a couple of days, and while this place was way more house then we needed, it was still comfortable and the amenities were great. Everything was as described, our bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the use of the home theater, jacuzzi and pool table. There were cute touches like the coffee bar, and fire s’mores kit with marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate bars and peanut butter cups. We would definitely recommend this for both a quiet, private getaway, as well as a large gathering of family or friends.

What a special place! Contemporary and well decorated, this home checked all the boxes for us. We enjoyed the hot tub, s’mores at the fire pit and had a BBQ. The bathrooms are clean and beautifully designed. The hosts also left a cute goody bag for us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
