Jenny went above and beyond with all the thoughtful decor touches, which made it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of room for our family, and everything we needed was provided. It’s clear Jenny takes great pride in hosting, and it shows. Highly recommended!

A great and quiet apartment in the best area in the center. We loved how spacious it was and that everyone has a place to relax. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants around, we really liked it. There are many separate rooms which gave us the space we needed. Clean and well-maintained. Very easy check-in, we liked everything about, will come back when in Sofia. I definitely recommend it.

This is a great place in new and modern building. The apartment is also brand new and it is fully equiped with everything that you will need for your stay. It looks exactly like the pictures. The view is great and truly deserves the high rating that it has. Matey is a superhost host, and he will be always available to answer any questions you might have.

We spent one night here and are already dying to come back! The space is small but very cozy and comfortable, perfect for two people who want to be right in the heart of Sofia. Nezi was so helpful and responsive and we really felt at home in her place. Can't recommend more!

Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

The PERFECT place for me to adjust to the long flight and seven hour time difference. I was able to sleep in the cutest, most adorable cottage. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, very quiet neighborhood. Super cute kitchen with everything needed for cooking and a wonderful grocery store less than two short blocks away. In the opposite direction, is the charming village filled with green parks, cafes, coffee houses, cute shops, a green grocer and more. The hostess was magnificent !! Kind, attentive, well organized. I enjoyed my stay in this beautiful cottage. THANK YOU !!

Warm comfortable spacious home in great location. We loved our stay here. House warm, cosy and comfortable and real log fire a treat. It snowed the whole time we here but we were never cold. Location ideal for us. Visited Sofia, Plovdiv, Rila Monastery and Borovets. Also nice walk around town itself. Dimitar super helpful, very friendly. Also his parents who lived next door who able to answer all questions we had. Would highly recommend to others and would love to come back one day.

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

Excellent house in the Simeonovo region! We had a wonderful time there, super easy to find and very convenient outdoor setup. Perfect for enjoying the pool, having a BBQ outside and letting the kids play around! Inside the house was cool even though the air conditioning was off and it was 37 degrees Celsius outside. I would definitely come again!

I stayed in Terry's place with my husband and our 6 months old baby. Everything went really well with the help of such wonderful host. I was in touch with Terry before arrival to confirm the type of bed for the baby, bed linen and to ask for high chair and bath. She responded to my questions, reassured me and provided the items we asked for. The apartment matches the description. It is surprisingly quiet inside, very good windows and isolation from neighbors. We made use of the AC which is great to have when the flat is close to a busy road. The bed was comfortable, lots of bed sheet and towels were provided. The host was kindly flexible for our check out due to late flight and baby naps. I am extremely greatful for this. We would certainly come back to stay with Terry.

The apartment was really cozy and well designed. Besides location, in the city center, the accommodation was perfect - quiet, clean and comfortable. I recommend also the host, Yoana was very proactive. If we will return, this will be for sure the place to stay.

Biliana's apartment is one of the best we stayed in. It is renovated with high quality materials and furniture. The kitchen is equipped with everything one may need and includes a dishwasher. In addition to the washer, there is also a drier which is still rarity in Bulgaria and was a great plus for us. Location of the apartment is extremely communicative. Buses, trolleys, three subway stations nearby. Being in the city center, the place is also walking distance to museums, galleries, Sofia University, parks. Many restaurants, coffee shops, groceries could be found nearby. Last but not least, Biliana is a great host. She was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend both the apartment and the host.

Rossen’s place was simply a perfection. It is inside of a luxurious apartment building, very safe and modern. It comes with a parking spot and a private laundry room. The condo offered absolutely everything we needed. From the design, decoration and amenities to comfort, cleanliness and location, this apartment was outstanding. Ross was always easy to reach and available if anything we needed. You can’t beat the location. Close to beautiful park Zaimov and our favorite Raketa Restaurant. You can walk to the center of Sofia. We did not use a car at all. This place would absolutely bring your stay in Sofia to the next level. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend or book again!! Thank you Rossen!!🩵

The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. The apartment was excellent – modern, clean, and exactly as described. The check-in instructions were very clear and helpful. We especially appreciated the local tips, great transport connections, and convenient location. The nearest stop was just a few minutes’ walk away, and many sights were within walking distance. Having a grocery store nearby was really handy. The air conditioning units in both rooms were a big plus. We warmly recommend this place!
