Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sofia Province

We had a great stay at Emil's place. The area is really nice and accessible with little shops and restaurants all very close by. The apartment is also comfortable with a lot of room, good AC and comfy beds. I would recommend this apartment to those visiting Sofia.

it's a nice clean place Wich look like the photos everything is new ,the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with ! I recommend it

Flat was spacious and comfy. 6th floor, with lift. Everything worked but very small boiler for showers so bear this in mind if there’s a few of you! Especially loved the area, great cafes and coffee places. Scammed by taxi driver from bus station to the flat. Advise you to negotiate the price or insist on them using the meter! Visited some excellent restaurants. Our favourite was pastorant, a gorgeous little Italian one close by. Recommend the flat!!

We stayed at Yordan‘s place for 3 nights. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect! It was an easy walk to the Center of Sofia but yet on a calm street, right next to public transportation options. We are very pleased with our stay and will for sure come back!

The apartment was beautifully furnished, very comfortable, and in a great location a short walk from shops and restaurants. It was the perfect base for our family of 4 for our 5 days in Sofia. Our hosts were very accommodating, reaching out to us ahead of time in case we needed anything for our stay and to let us know of local places to check out. Their suggestions of restaurants and local cafes were spot on. We had a rental car and ended up keeping it at the open lot opposite the apartment building on days when we didn’t need it, which was very helpful. A really nice touch was the provision of wine and other consumables which we could enjoy and simply leave money for after our stay. I couldn’t recommend our host Mariyana and Alexander enough. They helped make our stay very enjoyable.

Great place to stay at. Looked exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable. He refilled our coffee pods when they were running out. Great host!

Nous avons passé une semaine au sein du logement de Julia et nous avons adoré ! L’appartement est décoré avec goût et est très fonctionnel avec ses nombreux équipements ainsi que ses rangements à n’en plus finir ! De plus, que ce soit du balcon ou des deux chambres, la vue sur Sophia est sublime du matin au soir ! Julia et toute son équipe ont été irréprochables tant pour leur rapidité de réponse que pour leur professionnalisme. Le logement est idéalement bien situé comme inscris sur l’annonce. Le métro ainsi que plusieurs lignes de bus passent en contrebas de l’appartement donc tout est accessible à pied rapidement. Je ne peux que vous recommander cet appartement ainsi que Julia et son équipe !

This place is exactly as described. Comfy and classy. We stayed for 8 days and were sad to leave. Walkable to Vitosha Boulevard and lots of other cool places. Very quiet with comfy beds. The Rentify team is amazing and very responsive to all queries. Wouldn’t think twice before staying here again.

Villa Romance is a true hidden gem! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city, this is the perfect place. Nestled at the foot of Lyulin Mountain, the fresh air and tranquility made our stay incredibly relaxing. The villa itself is beautifully maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that feels like home. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay, whether for a short getaway or a longer visit. The proximity to Bankya’s Health Alley was a great bonus, and we also enjoyed exploring the nearby forest. Liubomir was warm, welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a serene escape while still being close to Sofia, I highly recommend Villa Romance. We would love to return!

За втори път отсядам на това място и впечатленията са винаги добри. Наблизо има китайски ресторант, няколко магазина, нонстоп и закусвалня. Настаняването винаги е приятно, а обстановката спокойна и уютна. Живот и здраве догодина пак ще гостувам.

We spent a lovely winter weekend in this cozy two story house, where it was warm and cozy inside despite the weather outside. Plenty of room for 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms upstairs (lots of pillows and blankets on the comfortable beds). A large bathroom on each floor. Enough space downstairs, with a sunken living room (couches, TV), dining room table and kitchen (with utensils etc. to do a moderate amount of cooking easily but it wouldn't be easy to cook all meals). Location is great: close to the Metro (which is really easy to use), buses and trams, though Sofia is super walkable. Grocery stores for all basic needs right across the street, supermarkets in walking distance, cafes and restaurants closer to the pedestrian Vitosha Blvd which is nearby. Our hosts were terrific. Proactive in making sure everything worked out, answering our queries quickly and thoroughly, friendly and informative. Definitely a super base for visiting Sofia.

Прекарахме повече от чудесно във вилата. Къщата е оборудвана идеално и с вкус, има всичко което може да ви потрябва за престоя ви, безупречно чисто и истински уют. Страхотно за семейно прекарване на чист въздух, природа и спокойствие, игра с детето и кучето в красивия и идеално поддържан двор. Батутът беше уникално забавление за малката, а в детската стая - играчки за занимания на закрито. Дворът е абсолютно обезопасен за кучето. Местността е живописна, с невероятни гледки, идеално за разходки. Селото е много китно и подредено, хората приветливи. Деница е страхотен домакин! Благодарим ѝ за гостоприемството и отзивчивостта! Не можеше да бъде по-хубаво!

Много интересна и голяма къща! Удобна за голяма компания! Локацията и квартала е супер! Добра комуникация с домакина!

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von der Innenstadt, ist von allen Seiten super zu erreichen. Wir sind spät abends angekommen und wurden direkt mit kalten Getränken und frischen Früchten überrascht, welche die Ankunft um einiges besser gemacht haben. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Alles in allem einfach eine super Unterkunft. Gerne wieder!

I stayed in Terry's place with my husband and our 6 months old baby. Everything went really well with the help of such wonderful host. I was in touch with Terry before arrival to confirm the type of bed for the baby, bed linen and to ask for high chair and bath. She responded to my questions, reassured me and provided the items we asked for. The apartment matches the description. It is surprisingly quiet inside, very good windows and isolation from neighbors. We made use of the AC which is great to have when the flat is close to a busy road. The bed was comfortable, lots of bed sheet and towels were provided. The host was kindly flexible for our check out due to late flight and baby naps. I am extremely greatful for this. We would certainly come back to stay with Terry.

Biliana's apartment is one of the best we stayed in. It is renovated with high quality materials and furniture. The kitchen is equipped with everything one may need and includes a dishwasher. In addition to the washer, there is also a drier which is still rarity in Bulgaria and was a great plus for us. Location of the apartment is extremely communicative. Buses, trolleys, three subway stations nearby. Being in the city center, the place is also walking distance to museums, galleries, Sofia University, parks. Many restaurants, coffee shops, groceries could be found nearby. Last but not least, Biliana is a great host. She was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend both the apartment and the host.

The house is ventilated, bright and spacious. It is a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 40-minute walk from the main attraction, the Nevsky Cathedral. There is a billa supermarket in a 7-minute walk. However, there are few restaurants and businesses around. The door opening method given by the manager is not very convenient. 1. The digital password should be pressed from bottom to top, instead of from top to bottom as people are usually used to. How many ways can someone say this is a very spectacular place. It is so accessible and close to everyone else that was in for the wedding. (Saw other airbnbs and this remained my favorite). There’s a cute little restaurant right outside the kitchen window that you can watch the activity and or head down for some coffee. Everything is close by for a quick convenient, bounce out of the apartment to grab something from a bakery item, juicing, shopping, plenty of restaurants. For my needs the location was absolutely perfect! It’s walking distance to the Parliament, to the orthodox church, to the walking Sofia tour, endless list. I don’t think you could find a place better. When I return to Bulgaria to see my new family, I will try to stay here again. There was coffee, filters, microwave, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher everything you need for an extended stay this particular apartment needs more than five stars, but it only allows 5. The photos on website match the apartment.
