Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Sofia Province

Joana is an amazing person. when accidently double booking us, we were not able to stay at the place we originally booked. however, she went above and beyond to make sure we had another place to stay that night, with no additional cost. she booked us a different airbnb which was bigger than the studio we originally boomed, and we really enjoyed it. This was amazing hospitality!

The location of the apartment is really near to the metro station. Nice apartment with everything - kitchen and all you needed.

Nice cozy budget stay

Boryana’s cottage was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet getaway! We loved the cozy atmosphere and homey feel of the hut!

Brilliant little home on the outskirts of the city. really nice, clean and looks as good as the pictures suggest. a few things to note - Not easy to get to by anything except car. driving is almost necessary I'd not save taxi fares - Plenty of wild dogs, for those scared of then. in all I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home outside the city with a driver in the group. really impressed

The first time we were family in the little house ,now we are back with friends and we will surely visit again.. I recommend it both for family with kids and for companies.

Really nice accommodation with fully equipped kitchen, super clean. There is a beautiful waterfall on a walkable distance from the apartment. Pavlinka provided very accurate and useful instructions for the Seven Rilla Lakes hiking trail.

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

Stoyan’s apartment is in an excellent location. Metro train and tram are a 2 min walk. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants.

My partner and I stayed for four nights and had a wonderful time! First impressions of the apartment was that it was absolutely immaculate - plenty of space and lovely views over downtown and to the Vitosha Mountains! The place was in a nice quiet part of town with a good choice of little cafe/bars, bakeries and bodegas within a five-minute walk. The city centre was easily accessible with Sofia's public transport. As for Natalia and her son, they were beyond friendly and great for answering all of our questions. Highly recommend this place - if I'm ever in Sofia again this is where I'll stay!

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, the rooms are spacious and the terrace is a real asset! Nickolas is a lovely host, very helpful and accommodating, and always available! I would recommend this place without a second thought!

Nikolay is an excellent host, responsive and caring for his guests, including kind presents upon arrival. Guidance and instructions perfect. The appartment is very well organised, lots of closets and drawers to keep the appartment tidy during your family stay. Many amenities up to washing machine, super quality hair dryer, spa shower, large fridge and good cooking facilities. Heating and isolation excellent. The residence Flora is well located, close walking distance from Gondola and 6man. Spa and pool available for a fee. Two great shops at the ground floor of Flora: 1- ollie molly is a great option for ski rental, lessons, caring, new and quality equipment. 2- Balkan PMS Travel Airport transfer. high recommend the location and the host for an enjoyble stay at Borovets.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Its location is perfect, if you don't want to stay in the center. The communication with Vesselina was very easy. I really recommend it.
