The house is 150 years old and recently completely renovated with a delicious mix of old charm and modern design. A peaceful place, with the river and nature just outside the living window, at the same time within 10 minutes walking distance to Eigersund city centre and 20 min to the train station. There is plenty of space in the living room for more than 5 guests and upon request and an addition to the price, two rooms +bathrooms in the basement can be disposed so that there will be 10 beds. Some details of the home remain once the photos were taken, but will be completed before hosting.

People who would like to experience how it is to live in a house placed on the water where you can in fish directly from the balconies. This home is retro, it's like coming back to the 60s and 70s, but with all the modern amenities such as internet, TV, cooking and laundry facilities. All interior is recycled. The house is on 3 floors and therefore has a lot of stairs. This special place is located near the center with shops, food service and a gas station. In Åna Sira, you will find Øyvik, one of the town's finest locations, the place for all occasions; holidays, relaxation, good fishing opportunities, swimming area for the little ones, football field, disc golf course, motorsport facilities and several family activities. Welcome to Kjelland, with the golf course on the property/ farm. Rural, cozy farmhouse from the year 1750 is rented. The house is located on Kjelland, close to Sogndalstrand (walking distance). Salmon river 100 meters, sea about 400 meters and golf course with 6 holes is 40 meters from the house. Lots of lovely hiking areas close by. The house is on a farm with sheep, hens, cats and dog. Entire house rented out as holiday home.

Dydlandhuset

A cozy and original house with historical value located on the South-west coast of Norway. Fully rennovated in 2009 and carefully used every summer as our summer house. The house is located in a "cittaslow" area, with the sea, river and mountains as your neighbors. Enjoy a stroll in the street, or a quiet day in our backyard, where you can soak up the sun, or eat ice cream all day long.

The director's residence

This historical house is perched on the edge of a hill overlooking the whole town including mountains, the river, a giant sky and the ocean. The veranda is perfect for sunbathing and bbq, and if the weather is bad you can enjoy the fireplace, playing the grand piano, reading a book in the library or just chill with the wonderful ambience.
