Bowling alley, gym, shopping street and shopping opportunities within 2 km. Electric car chargers (2.4kW and 7.2kW) can be used by appointment. Extra costs are included. Only 50 m to bus with great connections to Stavanger, UiS, SUS and Sandnes. 5 min drive to the airport and Sola Beach. 10–15 min to Stavanger city center, Sandnes and Kvadrat shopping center. Walking distance to gym and Velodrome. One bedroom with a wall-to-wall bed (180×200 cm) and a sofa bed in the living room (140×200 cm). Perfect for work stays, holidays or longer rentals, with a comfortable and convenient location.

Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Apartment located on the lower floor in a newer house with a view of the ocean. Best suited for 2 people. Living room with kitchenette and direct exit to the patio. There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight to the sea. The apartment is completely shielded with the sea, the open area and the sea bath as the closest neighbor. Tananger is located approx. 10 km from Sola Airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.

Close to Sola centre, airport and beaches. Short trip to Stavanger and Sandnes.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
