Completely newly renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in quiet residential area ( Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent communications to the city center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and some Italian.

Möllevången is an attractive area with a large selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. Popular Folkets park offers entertainment, nice walking paths and playground for children all year round. Good transport links via Triangeln and Södervärn, it is easy to reach Malmö City, nearby locations and Copenhagen! It offers a generous ceiling height, beautiful older details, big windows and lovely light. In the kitchen there is a smaller dining area, stove, oven, fridge/freezer and fan. Bathroom is a shower corner, toilet and sink.

Here you have everything you need for a shorter stay. The apartment is centrally located on Limhamn close to Malmö Arena (about 4km) and to Malmö city (about 5km). There is a double bed, a sofa, a small dining room table, kitchenette with fridge, stove with two plates, oven and microwave. In the bathroom there is a toilet, a handset, a shower and a washing machine. In the apartment there is also a fireplace. However, it is not allowed to burn in it but some atmospheric lights can be lit. Free Internet and large TV range.

In addition, the sea and beach, the Western harbor with Turning Torso a stone's throw from here. In the area there are many cozy cafes and neighborhood taverns/restaurants and cozy shops. Close to bus, access to rent bikes. Across the street (1 min) is the nearest grocery store. A small gallery (Kronprinsen) is located in the area. City/city center only 15-20 min walk away.

It is also walking distance to the trianglel station. welcome on the 5th of August 2024 I am going on a very long trip. Then I will have a nice co host who lives here in the big house and takes care of airbnb in the guesthouse.
