Retro Inspired Minimalist Studio Apartment

You can love this apartment for two things: 1 - The LOCATION is amazing. We are at the center of everything (restaurants, boutiques, pubs) and you can walk or get easy transport everywhere around town from our place. You can reach Three Crosses Square, Royal Castle, Krakowskie Przedmiescie, Nowy Swiat, Park Lazienki, Palace of Culture and Science. 2 - Our apartment has a lot of character. It's built in 1915 and feels SPACIOUS and TIDY, the ceilings are very high (3,2 m) and it has a lot of natural light because of large window. The place features lots of ARTWORK mainly desginer lamps, sketches of Warsaw and Poster Art of Polish School. Constructed in 1915, this apartment is located at the heart of Warsaw. It has recently been renovated and refurnished to accommodate as much as maximum 4 GUESTS. The minute you'll walk in, you'll fall in love with this TIDY APARTMENT featuring old Warsaw architectural style with 3,2 meters CEILINGS, Large WINDOW, DESIGNER LAMPS, MODERN KITCHEN and CLEAN/WHITE BATHROOM with beautifully designed mixers and faucets for showers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would find in a LUXURY HOUSE, such as NEW POTS AND PANS, COFFEE MACHINE and CAFETERIA, MICROWAVE, BASIC COOKING KIT, and other things essential for short and long term stay. The NEW DELUXE QUEEN SIZE BED is equipped with new bed sheets and COTTON-SATEEN COVERS. The APARTMENT has also DESIGNER SOFA that can fit an extra 1-2 people (140x200cm). The high definition 48" TV has full access to cable TV and APPLE TV (FILMS ON-DEMAND). You can get access to WiFi internet (HIGH SPEED CONNECTION – LTE) which give you access to YOUTUBE,WEB BROWSER. The brilliant SOUND SYSTEM is great to listen music from IPHONE. Bathroom has a DELUXE FINISH, with DESIGNER mixer and faucets for SHOWER. Shower is quite large to ensure pleasant bath. You can find in the apartment HAIR DRYER, IRON, and WASHER. In the apartment there is central heating which turns on when temperature outside collapses below 15 celsius degree. It makes space feel comfortable. The property is located at the center of the city in a quiet neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, there are many activities, historical sites, restaurants, bars, shopping options, and grocery stores. A two minutes’ walk from the apartment, you'll find the TRAM/BUS STATION and VETURILO BIKE SYSTEM, which can take you anywhere in the city for several EURO per two hours. We live in a quiet area and we are looking for respectful Guests who will treat our home and neighbourhood as their home.

A beautiful studio in the Old Town

A beautiful roomy studio in the Old Town This studio is in a pleasant neighborhood with pubs and restaurants nearby, and only 150 meters to the Royal Route. Fully renovated in 2013, our studio comfortably accommodates up to 2-4 travelers (one king size double bed and additional pull-out sofa). Fully equipped kitchen ncluding coffee machine, teakettle, and utensils for basic cooking. We also provide maps, guidebooks and other materials to help you get your bearings in Warsaw. I wish to invite you to our apartment - quite big (about 85m2), located in the center of Warsaw, a few steps from the Vistula River and Vistula Boulevards. The apartment consists of a living room (about 30 m2), separate kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a large terrace. There is also a parking space in the underground garage. The apartment is air-conditioned and fully equipped with appliances, kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, glasses), washing machine, ironing board, iron and TV-set.

Cozy studio designed by an architect in the city center at Hoza Str 19. The studio has 25 sq meters and is located on 4th floor (there is elevator so no worries!) with balcony facing the inside square which makes the apartment extremely quiet. The exposition of the windows is south so you’ll get plenty of sun throughout the day. Within walking distance you’ll have at hand various bakeries, restaurants, bars and whatever you desire! When we created this one-bedroom apartment, we wanted to make it as functional as possible, yet very cozy and stylish. Space where you can relax and feel at home. A luxurious loft-style apartment located in an over a hundred-year-old tenement house. Due to the extremely high ceilings and windows you can feel space and light. While designing the interior of our cosy accommodation, we tried to combine comfort with luxury. Comfortable and cozy apartment in the heart of historic part of Warsaw. Fully equipped with everything you may need for a weekend trip or a longer stay. The apartment is quiet, facing the courtyard. It is located in a beautifully renovated building with a lot of history, having survived WW1 and WW2. Supreme location in downtown Warsaw with plenty of bars, restaurants, bakeries, nightclubs in the walking distance. Despite being located in the heart of Warsaw the place is quiet (windows outlooking the inner squere). The apartment is modern, freshly renovated, designed by an architect. The apartment has 44 sq meters and is located on 6th floor (you can use an elevator going to 5th floor).
