Warm welcome to our cozy house in the heart of Sollentuna. In the summer you can enjoy the private pool. Minimum rental time for two nights, we do not rent out the house for the purpose of having parties/events. With the best location in Häggvik, the house is 3 minutes from E4an, 5 minutes from Häggvik's trading place (10 min walk), 4 min to Sollentuna Centrum (10 min walk), 3 min down to beautiful Edsviken which also has a swimming beach. (10 min walk) Commuter train Sollentuna C - Stockholm City (ca 13 min)

High standard family home

The house offers a high standard and a lovely garden. Near the house, there is a beach, public transport (25 minutes to the city), shops and recreational areas. This house is suitable for the whole family or several families who want to have a lovely vacation together and enjoy the garden, heated pool in the summer, Edsviken's water only 5 minutes away and proximity to Stockholm city by bus + subway or commuter train. Good area for walking/running. Nice restaurants within 10-minute walking distance.

Located in calm and charming Edsviken (Sollentuna) but with Stockholm city centre only fifteen minutes away. A short walk will take you to the water of Edsviken with beaches and beautiful strolls along the water. The area offers various green areas, playgrounds, football fields and Forrest reserve Tegelhagen. Around the corner (300 m) you find Edsviken’s Piazza and Gelateria offering home made ice cream as well as food and drinks. Further down the street (500 m) you also find bakery Gateau.

The pool is open end of June through August. 10 minutes walk to the beach, close to bus stop (3 minutes), commuter train (15 minutes). By bus you get to the city center in 8 minutes, where there are many shops and restaurants. A cozy get and a restaurant is within 5 min walk. If you want to get into central Stockholm, you do it with commuter trains (12 minutes).
