Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

You can access places such as Kista, Sollentuna, Solna and Stockholm City from the bus stop 450 meters away. Edsviken (fjord) is only 200 meters away where you can swim during summer and ice skate during winter. In the area you will find a local bakery, a lunch place, tennis courts, gym, a shopping center and more. One bicycle is included, basic standard.

Bakgården är bra för både fotboll, badminton, etc. 300 meter till sjön för ett bad från bryggorna. Längre ner längs vattnet finns även både strand och café. Områden är lugnt, med 10 min in till Sollentuna centrum, där både mataffärer, parker, simhall, shoppingcenter, etc finns tillgängligt. Flera skogar och vandringsstråk ett par kilometer bort.
