Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sololá Department

This is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I’ve traveled to a lot of Airbnb’s in many different countries and none compare to this. Finding this place is surely an adventure but once you are there, you don’t want to leave! I can’t say enough good things about the chefs that will cook you every meal. We had them do all the shopping for our meals along with other items we wanted such as water and beer. The housekeeper services that help coordinate private boat rides to other villages, keeping the place clean, or even small things such as turning on the hot tub while we are away are truly incredible perks of this place. The property and views are just amazing and I can’t wait to come back here for my next stay!

Was a delight to have the opportunity to spend with my husband, my son and his girlfriend. We all had our own private accommodations, with shared community spaces and places for alone time! Was a peaceful, beautiful setting! We absolutely loved our host. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your villa!

We loved staying at Nicolas’ home! It was so peaceful and beautiful. The views are amazing and loved waking up to a beautiful view in the morning. Although our trip was short, we enlisted every minute of it! The location is a bit far from the lively cities but the boat rides are pretty consistent so getting around was not difficult at all. Not to mention Nicola’s had recommended to us the best way of transportation around cities so that was help for sure.

Beautiful quiet place, you could hear the birds. I liked everything, a super beautiful place. Next time I'll come back with my children. Thank you for everything, very cool and the great thing is that we met some guests who we shared with. Next time I'll bring my mini grill. 🫢🫢

We liked this place a lot, and at the same time it's cheap. You can get to tourist places from there. In addition, we recommend the Tour we did with Juan to the San Pedro volcano 100%!!!

We really liked Mary's place! the accommodation and the price are too good, and Mary was always very friendly, she showed up to welcome us and explain important things (house things, recommendations). Personally I thought that contact was nice. Cleaning 10/10, amenities 10/10, space 10/10. Everything was excellent. A place that is sure worth it and we look forward to returning soon.

This was such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location! Kenny and Israel were very kind and helpful, and were very flexible with check in.

Jenny and Clemens’s place is truly magical and an ideal spot for first-timers visiting Lake Atitlán. We instantly fell in love with the stunning views and the peaceful atmosphere during our two-day stay. From the start, Jenny and Clemens were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They helped us arrange roundtrip shuttle service from Antigua and even organized a private lancha to reach their home, making everything so easy. Thanks to their great location, we could walk to nearby spots like Casa del Mundo, Isla Verde, and even take a cooking class in Santa Cruz. Getting around by public lanchas were also simple. Just flag one down at the dock, and the drivers know exactly where to drop you off on your return.

We had an incredible time at the place, it has an unbeatable view and has everything you need to be well, alone or with family or friends. Also, just a few steps away, I find everything from restaurants, laundries, shops and more.

Great place for a weekend away with my daughter. It’s about a 5 min walk to the lake where you can catch a boat to the other cities. We walked to the main part of town, which was about a 15-20 min walk and took a tuk-tuk on the way back, which we preferred. The place was clean and cozy and perfect for two. The host was very responsive when I had questions and let us leave luggage behind the LOCKED gate so we could go around town after check out without lugging it with us. I would stay here again. Larissa’s place was beautiful! It was wonderful to wake up to such a wonderful view and sip coffee on the patio, watching the lake wake up. Larissa also had a wonderful guidebook with great recommendations! We felt very prepared going into the trip due to this guidebook. Highly recommend!!

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

It's an exciting place. I had the opportunity to see the rain on the volcanoes and the lake. It's an experience that's as good as any attraction in the world. I recommend it 100%

location is perfect. We are into night life entertainment. We enjoyed visiting Pana Rock and Circus Bar pretty much every night for their great Live music performed by local artists. Walking distance to Lake where you can catch a boat ride to any surrounding town on the lake. Many restaurant options from early in the day to late at night, something the smaller surrounding towns don't have. Sarah and Reyna were very helpful and provided extra towels during our stay. We forgot our car keys after we checked out, and they were available for us to retrieve our keys as soon as we could make it back.

Sarah’s place was in an amazing location in Pana! A short walk away to literally everything, the best grocery store, shops, cafes, restaurants, and the docks. Her place feels extremely safe with a locking main entrance door to the complex after the cafe below closes at night. We felt so lucky to have this modern, clean, and comfy studio space in a modern and well-maintained complex to return to after so many adventures out exploring this incredible area. We worked remotely from here and the WiFi was very reliable other than when the entire town lost power for 4 hours during a storm. It was fun to watch the world go by from the window seats…we caught a few parades from there! We were so grateful to have air conditioning here as we visited when it was quite warm. There were a few nights where you felt like the live band nearby was literally inside the complex, but we were warned in advance and it was only on weekends. All in all, great place to stay in Pana!
