Brand-new apartment. Double bed in the bedroom, sofa in the living room. Perfect for 1 or 2 persons. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the city center. The surroundings of the house are a safe, parking fee free zone. The hospital is 6 minutes on foot, while the city center is well within walking distance, conveniently 15 minutes. It gives me great pleasure to welcome visitors from abroad and guiding them during their stay in this beautiful city. I tolk well English, and I work as tourist quide.

You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree.
