We have recently added Solar Power to the establishment, going green and having almost no reliance on Eskom :-) We also have 5 stage filtered water supply. Lovely room (3 other similar rooms) with en-suite bathrooms, and large comfortable beds. Quiet and central neighbourhood, not far from the bustle of downtown Cape Town, and many of the fantastic Cape Town sights. *10 mins from CT Airport ($6 Uber) *12 mins from Kirstenbosch *15 mins from Cape Town V&A TV including Netflix & Disney plus.

French inspired self-catering 2 bedroom cottage

La vie est belle is a beautiful, fully enclosed cottage in a lovely neighbourhood in walking distance of the Sonstraal dam. This spacious cottage is also close to other amenities, Durbanville wine route, local beaches, farm or mountain trails and has easy access to main routes. The cottage is comfortably furnished has a well equipped open plan kitchen,full bathroom with shower and undercover braai area. It is protected by an alarm system that is connected to a private security company. No pets.

Ideally located, only a scenic 20 min drive into the tourist town of Stellenbosch. 40 min to Cape Town CBD. 10 min to the beach. 1 hour to Hermanus (whale viewing and shark diving). Plenty of wine estates for tasting /meals (Lourensford & Vergelegen only 5 minutes away). Many hiking trails & MTB trails within walking/cycling distance. My place is good for couples , adventurers, business travelers.
