Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 12 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Grazioso rustico in un piccolo nucleo di Gerra Verzasca. Ideale per massimo 2 persone. Disposto su tre piani. Al pian terreno troviamo la cucina con camino e tavolo da pranzo. Mediante scala a chiocciola si raggiunge il primo piano dove è situato il salottino con accesso al balcone. Sempre al primo piano troviamo il servizio wc con doccia e lavabo. Nel sottotetto all'ultimo piano vi è la camera da letto/studio.
