Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Sonoma County

Booking was very easy and Lorie went out of her way to message me when the place became available, after it was initially booked up for our weekend. We loved the complex, and it is much nicer than the photos show - thanks for a great trip!

Great place to stay, nice room and friendly staff. Did not communicate with host at all but rather the staff of the WorldMark Wyndham. Restaurant at the golf course is a short walk away and had great food. My only complaint is that the wifi was a horrible connection so it was a struggle to FaceTime with my family or work on my computer.

This place was perfect for my family. My kids loved sharing a room and playing at the playground and game room. Family attractions like the Epicenter and Children’s Museum of Sonoma County are just a short drive away. We would stay here again.

This place is really nice. Everything works. Very peaceful. Great location.

This is a condo run by a hotel management company so there were no wierd issues that you might (and usually do!) encounter at a personal home. Ligia was very upfront about the whole process. The only thing of note, there is not a lot of parking so if you're a multi-family, carpooling would be recommended. We didn't use any of the property's amenities.

Great place, great area, as described. Host was extremely easy to communicate with. We do this trip once a year and will be looking to stay here next year.

Great location for our weekend stay near Sonoma. We needed two twin beds as the second bedroom configuration - that was confirmed and delivered. Kitchen was well appointed with full size appliances. We cooked a full meal, including using the outside BBQ one night. Fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location in the quaint town of Windsor! Short drive to the Windsor Green, Healdsburg Square, and wineries. The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Second time staying and was happy once again. Only issue I had was getting pulled into trying to be talked into a time share presentation. I felt very pressured and signed up for a presentation that I didn’t want to do, gave my credit card for an unclear reason. I did cancel my spot at the presentation but then recently saw a charge on my credit card for some membership I never agreed to that turned out to be tied to the timeshare. The whole thing made me very uncomfortable and disappointed. Otherwise the stay and accommodations were great and I plan to continue yearly visits with my family.

Although Logan warned us that this is a Wyndham property, we were not prepared to face a relentless and rude sales person before being allowed access to the unit we’d already paid for. We were not allowed to “simply decline” the sales pitch. Instead, after politely declining to sit through a presentation at least five times, we were forced to act angry and rude ourselves before the awful sales person (McKayla, sp?) handed over our room access cards. Additionally, Wyndham charged us a $250 deposit instead of the $100 deposit that Logan mentioned. Not sure what that was about. Very frustrating check in experience after a very long day on the road. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed including a great bbq grill. The property is nice and has a heated pool and several hot tubs onsite. Logan was polite and very responsive. Despite several positive aspects about this rental, we would not knowingly subject ourselves to another Wyndham check in process.

Great place, great location, perfect amenities. Used the pool, workout room and quick drives to Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. Perfect for a family of 6!

The unit was beautiful and had lots of amenities! We booked two units for a group of 8 girls. Lots of fun activities, comfortable rooms, fun recommendations, and plenty of beds. The only unfortunate part was no free WiFi as a guest, but this was fine for one night.

Nice space, great for groups! Call ahead to make sure they adjust the two twins into the queen. And the time share folks will push hard, stand firm!

I loved staying here! There was so many things available to do in the area! Be warned though the welcome desk will try to talk you into going to a timeshare meeting. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Our stay was really nice overall! I highly recommend this listing for anyone with kids. There were multiple pools with with kiddie pools (1 foot deep) and several hot tubs located throughout the resort property. There’s also a restaurant within walking distance. The only issue I had was the layout of the units we stayed in which is that the window to the bedroom with the two twins (where I had planned to have my children sleep) has a big window that faces out into the walkway. Our unit was street facing so anyone could come into the resort. The window locked and honestly the resort felt like it was in a fairly safe area so not a deal breaker, I just think it’s worth noting. Other than that, the unit was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! This is a timeshare so they did ask if I wanted to sit in on a presentation but I didn’t feel pressured at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Amy’s house was wonderful, loved everything. Stayed there because of its proximity to Memorial Hospital, such a quick walk there. The street is a little busy, but they have taken efforts to help, like providing white noise machines in all three bedrooms and having a fountain in the backyard. The traffic really wasn’t an issue for me, and I am sensitive to noise. I absolutely loved what they did with their design choices for this contemporary yet historic home down to every detail. I would totally recommend this home to stay in and hope next time I come home for a visit to stay in this lovely home again. The only thing I would add is a teapot and kettle, which I already had with me. And if you love coffee you’ll be over the moon with their espresso machine. Plus Cafe de Croissants opened a new location a quick walk down the street! I just can’t say enough good things about Amy’s home.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's of all time !! The location is perfect - serene, private, and quiet all while being just around the corner from tons of wineries and Healdsburg square. The space is so clean, spacious, and has amazing natural light. We spent lots of time on the deck overlooking the wineries and beautiful trees. The house was stocked with everything you might need along with a beautiful wine bar with glasses, decanter, and more :) This was a family trip with me and my husband and my parents. Both couples had our own bedroom and bathroom - and lots of space to gather. Will fore sure be recommending and coming back when in the area!

Had a restful stay at this beautiful home, well equipped house on a peaceful vineyard. This place is somehow both close to good food and far enough away to relax. I enjoyed seeing balloons and birds.

Sarah’s home was the perfect spot for our trip to wine country. It is a beautiful home, centrally located and a great spot to jump off exploring in wine country. The amenities in her home were top-notch and inclusive of everything we needed and more…the grounds were beautifully landscaped also. We actually changed our plans one nite just to stay in and enjoy the home. Sarah was very responsive prior to our arrival and also once we were there. I highly recommend her home for a wine country adventure and we will certainly be returning on future trips to Sonoma.

Beautiful property and location. The views from the house were just as good, if not better, than the state park vista points. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed all the little details put into in the backyard. You get an amazing view of the sunset every evening. In case this is helpful for anyone, there is a Tesla charger in the garage. We were told there wasn’t an EV charger so we planned accordingly. Would stay here again!

This cozy home made my quick trip to Healdsburg the perfect combination of convenient, comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect for walking to the Plaza - where all the fun is! The home is clean, well stocked and felt welcoming as soon as I opened the door. Jory & James were immediately responsive and proactively provided very detailed information upon booking and before check-out. Thank you for the hospitality... we will be back... hopefully soon!

Ryan’s place was truly an oasis! Every aspect of this home was tailored to make you feel comfortable and welcomed from the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered at an Airbnb to the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival . The views from the deck were breathtaking. Hot tub and pool were spotless and luxurious. Every day there was new wildlife to see from a turkey on the deck to three deer bedding down just feet from the hot tub. This has hands down been the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We cancelled some tastings just to spend more time at this property.

A fantastic location with a beautiful ocean view. The design aesthetic of the house was wonderful, and the house is well appointed. We had a great visit and definitely plan to return.
