The apartment is just like the photos, nice, spacious, clean and with a nice view. The rooms are comfortable and have AC that works properly. Kitchen equipped with the necessary for basic preparations. It has three full bathrooms. The pool and slide are very nice, and it also has a court and playground. The check-in and check-out time is flexible, allowing you to enjoy the facilities of the complex for longer. Good communication with the host and a very easy check-in and check-out process. We hope to return.

It's easy to get there and there's excellent communication and cleanliness. I had seen some opinions about the bathroom door, but I really think it's just an ineffective design to access, but it doesn't affect anything at all beyond entering sideways and that's it. The kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the place is very nice. If I had to improve something as much as possible, it would be the WiFi. The TV sometimes doesn't connect well to the network and if we want to watch Netflix or something similar, it's a bit tedious. Keep in mind that the place is a little far from the park but you can walk without problem if you like to walk, although if you have transportation, much better. Nearby there is a D1, shops and street food stalls which is very positive. I didn't hear any annoying noises during my stay and I was able to rest very well. Also, keep in mind that only 1 room has air conditioning!

We were in the apartment with my husband and it was an excellent experience. Everything was clean, tidy and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The location is very good and the host was very helpful and kind at all times. 100% recommended.

Thanks to all the equipment of the estate, Daniel the host, very attentive to everything. Darío and Delia accompanied us on the estate, very friendly and attentive to everything we needed, Delia delicious kitchen, had the house beautiful all day. We spent a few incredible days with the family. The finca bella, the delicious beds, all the very good staff in general. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

This was a great experience. The property is extremely spacious, clean, and has a lot of green areas. It is very peaceful and welcoming. This is definitely a place that I would like to stay again and definitely recommend.

Very nice Finca with great service and communication. Any issues we had were resolved as fast as possible and the pictures reperesent the Finca or in real life the Finca even looks better and got some updates. I'd definitely book again and can recommend the Finca!

A beautiful place! The path uncovered gets a little bit long by the conditions of the road. But it's worth it with the tranquility of the area. And don Omar the butler was very attentive!

Esteban's house is spacious, cômoda, clean, the pool in the middle of the property is spectacular, the rooms with spacious, clean and tidy, with everything you need for a spectacular stay. Definitely an excellent experience.

This place was fine for me and my.friends to stay for our trip. They were redoing the sidewalk so I am sure that will be a plus when finished. If you do not mind using stairs, than it is fine.

The apartment is well located to many activities and restaurants. Right across the street is a 24 hour restaurant. The apartment is well maintained the security is great and the host is quick to respond and very attentive. the only downside is construction outside the balcony. this, of course, is out of the hosts control. While it did not bother me because I was awake early -and-doing things, if you want to sleep late the noise may be inconvenient to you. I would stay here again.

Loved the place. Great amenities and easy access to food, shopping, and nightlife. Shoutout to the team as well, everyone is great and extremely helpful for whatever you need!

The entire stay was formidable, Diana was always present, for all our questions and help, a very clean and tidy apartment, on foot you can reach supermarkets, bars and restaurants, a strategic point in every direction. We'll be back!!!

The apartment was very clean, the neighbors are nice and quiet, the neighborhood is very safe and friendly with extra protection from local police always around area. Everything is walking distance a lot to do in the area.

Excellent place at an excellent price!! The apartment is super complete, in very good condition, very clean, quiet, well equipped. Everything 20/10. Most apartments don't have a washing machine, but this one does and that's a huge plus at the rental price. The only thing missing to be a 200/10 is air conditioning, it is too hot in Santa Fe de Antioquia and although the apartment has 3 fans that work super well there are days when the heat is too strong
